The open kitchen on this level is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room and a toilet on this floor. The second upper floor features three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and an exit to a balcony, another with two single beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), and the third with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long) and an exit to a balcony. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet on this level.
