Cottage with a view of the Jizera Mountains

The detached cottage, built in 1970 and renovated in 2017, is functionally furnished in typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny and secluded location on the edge of the forest. For shared use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area. Use of the taproom when ordering draught beer on request.


Your holiday house
Your cottage consists of 2 floors, 7 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your cottage can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The entrance is covered and leads over 3 steps directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Common room 60 sqm and with dinette, TV, video, DVD, stereo system, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 25 persons. Bedroom 30 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. 2 bedrooms each 25 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and lounge. Kitchen 80 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (5 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (300 l), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom 30 sqm and with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. 2 bathrooms each 30 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom 30 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bedroom 25 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 25 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bathroom 50 sqm and with bathtub, 2 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom 30 sqm and with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your cottage is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna and satellite.


Location
Nova Ves nad Nisou, district Nova Ves nad Nisou, 700 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 600 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 7 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 35 m).
