The luxurious apartment Nova Lake Resort is part of a new complex with 15 apartments in the village of Neuofen near the Lipno dam, the largest dam in the Czech Republic. The apartments are on the ground floor and are very tastefully furnished. They have WiFi, a dishwasher and a satellite TV. There is a central parking facility next to the house and there is also a storage room for bicycles and skis. The location of the house is ideal for your vacation, both in summer and in winter. In the village of Nová Pec, the Vltava flows into the Lipno Dam. This area is much quieter compared to the villages of Frymburk or Lipno and also offers more privacy. Water lovers on the Vltava can go canoeing between Soumarský and Nová Pec (canoes can be rented). The Lipno Dam is ideal for fishing and kite surfing. Excursions in the area: the town of Český Krumlov with a beautiful town reserve and a beautiful castle. Mooi appartement op de begane grond, maar wel erg ver van alles af. Het meer is meer dan 1,5 km!

Laat je als Nederlander niet op de bovenverdieping drukken. Wat een deprimerend appartement. Geen balkon, dus je kan niet zomaar even naar buiten. Ook beneden moet je de picknick tafel delen met je bovenburen. Voor een zomervakantie werkt dat niet. Voor kinderen is hier niks te doen, maar hou je van mountainbiken en wandelen, dan kan je hier heel goed uit de voeten. Het benedenappartement is mooi en goed uitgerust met oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en ook hele goede bedden. Handdoeken worden door de eigenaar verstrekt.
