The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds, making this apartment an excellent option for families or groups traveling together.

Located inside the Become gated community, guests can enjoy the added peace of mind of private security and convenient on-site parking. Spend sunny afternoons relaxing beside the shared pool, surrounded by tropical greenery, or enjoy a casual meal using the outdoor barbecue and dining area.

CO-WORKING SPACE

Become Nosara offers a co-working space that is also open to the public. Owners within Condominium Become receive complimentary access; however, owner occupancy may not exceed 25% of the total co-working space capacity.

For this reason, we strongly recommend reserving your workspace in advance to take advantage of this amenity. If the complimentary owner allocation has reached capacity, additional workspace may still be available for booking at an additional cost, subject to availability and pricing. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONCIERGE SERVICES

A property manager is available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, assistance is available for emergencies only.

Your stay also includes complimentary guest and concierge services. While Costa Rica offers many familiar conveniences, navigating a new country can sometimes require a little extra planning. Our team is here to help make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

From arranging surf lessons, ATV tours, rental cars, and airport transportation to organizing private chefs, massages, and other experiences, we are happy to help you create an itinerary tailored to your stay.

SECURITY

Nosara is a wonderful and welcoming community, and we are excited to share everything this special area has to offer. As with many popular tourist destinations, however, petty theft can occasionally occur, particularly involving unattended cash and personal belongings.

We care deeply about our guests and encourage everyone to take reasonable precautions during their stay. We are happy to learn more about your group and help ensure that the property is the right fit for your needs while offering guidance on how to minimize potential security concerns.

If not already included with the property, the Property Manager may also be able to arrange a nighttime security guard at an additional cost.

Guests are responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables while staying at the Property. Please ensure that all available security features are properly enabled whenever leaving the home.

INTERNET & ELECTRICITY

Life in the jungle comes with a few unique considerations. Utility infrastructure in Nosara can occasionally be unpredictable, and temporary interruptions to electricity, phone service, or internet may occur.

We recommend unplugging sensitive electronics during heavy rainstorms. While the property provides internet service, uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.

Mobile phone service in the area is generally reliable, and Kolbi offers good coverage and affordable data options. If having consistent internet access is essential to your stay, we recommend traveling with an unlocked phone and purchasing a local Kolbi SIM card as a backup.

Please note that the Homeowner and Property Manager do not have control over utility or internet interruptions, and refunds or discounts will not be provided for outages. If you experience an issue with the Property itself, please report it to the Property Manager as soon as possible.

WATER

During Costa Rica's dry season, typically from December through April, the Property may occasionally experience reduced water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water interruptions.

We will do our best to notify guests of known interruptions or regularly scheduled water shut-offs whenever possible.

JUNGLE CREATURES

Welcome to the jungle! While every effort is made to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, Nosara's tropical environment means that insects and other small creatures may occasionally find their way inside.

The Property is regularly fumigated as part of its maintenance schedule; however, guests should expect to encounter ants, beetles, spiders, and other insects throughout the year. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, typically from May through November.

To help minimize their presence, we recommend keeping food properly sealed or refrigerated, cleaning kitchen surfaces after use, and keeping doors and screened openings closed, particularly in the evenings.

Every effort is made to present the Property in clean condition at check-in. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the removal of insects or other jungle creatures that may enter the Property during your stay.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond the control of the Homeowner or Property Manager, including but not limited to natural disasters, water or internet outages, security incidents, personal property loss, or construction noise.

Nosara is a rapidly developing community, and construction activity may occur in surrounding areas. While we strive to provide guests with accurate information whenever we are aware of nearby projects, we cannot guarantee that construction will not take place near the Property during your stay.

INSURANCE

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances, travel disruptions, accidents, illnesses, or other events that may prevent you from traveling or fulfilling the terms of your reservation.
