Tucked neatly into the sand dunes and just yards from the glorious sandy beach at Sea Palling, this delightful property makes a wonderful base for a seaside holiday. A large patio offers the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying fabulous views and sunsets, the local shop and pub serving food are a mere 0.25 mile stroll away and a host of attractions lie within easy reach. Winterton’s circular walks and nature reserve, and fishing, boat trips and boat hire on the beautiful Norfolk Broads are all just a few miles away as are the children’s treetop adventure park of BeWILDerwood and family fun at Great Yarmouth. Medieval Norwich city, with its castle, cathedral, museums and fine shopping, is also a short drive. Shop and pub serving food 0.25 miles.

We had a lovely time at Meadow View. The house was spotless and well equipped. Also provided with lots of cleaning products and hand and surface sanitiser in all areas in these Covid times. We absolutely loved our weeks stay at Meadow View.

We absolutely loved our weeks stay at Meadow View. The cottage is basic but beautiful with lots of room, it would benefit from a welcome pack - info of the local area - this could be done digitally to adhere to Covid measures. I would say some plastic crockery would be good for the beach too. The best thing about this cottage is the location - literally sat on the dunes, I won’t forget walking up and watching the sea with a cuppa.. so so peaceful. We will be back !! Great location for walks, sunsets, Broads trips etc. Some cafes/pubs closed in local villages but corner shop and fish & chip shop open in Sea Palling. We loved it! 3rd stay at meadow view. We love this cottage. Sharon did a fantastic job providing hand sanitiser, sprays, wipes etc. Spotlessly clean as always. Felt safe and comfortable. Our second visit to meadow view and again it did not disappoint , the location is beautiful you just

Our second visit to meadow view and again it did not disappoint , the location is beautiful you just have to go outside your door and you are virtually on the beach , it is so peaceful and relaxing. We went as a family and our dog lily who absolutely loves the beach as we all did . Meadow view has everything you could want and is exceptionally clean throughout , sharon left us little treats which we really appreciated. I can say with certainty we will be back every year to charge our batteries and maybe even a couple of breaks a year as we love it so much .

Had a wonderful stay at meadow view. Very cosy cottage in the most wonderful setting and a very helpful owner who was very friendly and welcoming. We had such a restful stay with incredible weather and stunning walks on the surrounding beaches. Dogs didn’t want to leave! We would love to return...

Great little quirky place to stay in beautiful but quiet, remote location. Cosy and warm for a winter break and Seal watching! Chalet had everything but was quite dated, oven with electric stove quite small and furniture not that comfortable to relax on but very clean and spacious. And a lovely land lady who was caring enough to check we had everything we needed. Thank you so much. X
