This wonderful waterside property enjoys a panoramic view of the river and includes private use of a 6-seater motor river launch for exploring the River Yare, a gateway to the miles of Norfolk Broads waterways, rich in wildlife and great fishing opportunities. Nestled in the pretty conservation village of Reedham and within walking distance of two pubs and a train station. Leave the car behind, as the motor boat offers an ideal way to explore, go shopping, grab a morning coffee, or go for a bite to eat.

This wonderful home, refurbished in 2021, is the perfect choice for discerning guests. Offering exceptional comfort and a warm welcome, and boasting an enclosed rear garden with seating and leading directly to the River Yare. This spacious home has been furnished to offer outstanding comfort. The entrance opens into a large well-equipped kitchen with dining table, while the spacious living room with French doors opens directly to the rear garden, taking full advantage of the wonderful views across the river and conservation marshes beyond. The downstairs bathroom features a bath with a shower over. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a master kingsize with fantastic views of river and marshes, with a Juliette balcony and an en-suite shower room. Two further twin bedrooms ensures this property offers ideal accommodation for a family, with one having the option to convert to another kingsize bed.

Reedham is a conservation village home to 2 great local pubs, one of which serves delicious food, alongside a café, fish and chip shop, and a railway station all within walking distance. Great walking, cycling and bird watching are available from the doorstep, and any fishing enthusiasts will love the fact that fishing is available directly from the garden on the rivers’ edge (seasonal, license required). There are many attractions within 30 miles, including the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth with activities for all ages. Within easy reach are Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, waterside restaurants, shops, daily boat hire and river trips. Petits Animal and Adventure Park is just 1-mile away, with BeWILDerwood tree top adventure park 18 miles away and Lenwade Dinosaur Adventure Park 29 miles, popular for families with children. The city of Norwich, 17 miles away, has two indoor shopping malls, market square, cinema complexes, theatre, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries and plenty of restaurants and inns. Beach 10 miles. Pub and restaurant 30 yards.

Riverside REEDHAM

The place was lovely but not for older or people who have disabilities the steps down to the front door and the stairs to the up to the bedrooms. It was lovely and clean and everything that you wanted
