Moonlight Cottage

This beautiful oceanside home is located in a private cove. You can lounge on the deck, enjoy a starry night and enjoy your morning coffee watching the most amazing sunrise. We are located 7 minutes from Bayswater beach and 15 minutes from Hubbards beach and the ever so popular Shore Club. Guests occupy the entire house, kitchenette, washrooms, living room and two bedrooms, and also the entertainment room at first floor. Important to note, there is no stove/oven, but a BBQ and electric burner.
The space
The house has three floors. The first floor is the "Entertainment area" where you can find a bar with an amazing ocean view, an area for Board and Card games as well as a ping pong and a foosball table. The second floor has the master bedroom with a private bathroom, a small kitchen, a guest bathrom, a designated work space and a living room. The top floor is an entire bedroom with a max capacity up to 6 people (2 double beds and 2 single beds). Important to note, there is no stove/oven. There is a BBQ and electric burner. There is also a microwave, fridge, toaster oven and dishwasher.
Guest access
Guests cannot access the water from the decks. It could be dangerous. Guests have access to the front and North facing deck on both floors. They are not to access the east facing deck (which has a sign saying do not cross).
The docks are stored in our parking lot and we do not want guests to use them.
Other things to note
Important to note that this is a coastal house and stairs can be slippery when weather is wet or humid.
