I would NOT stay at any VACASA Property again. I booked a waterfront property with wifi on the CAPE. The room, photos, and search I used to find this room led me to believe I was booking a waterfront property. Specifically photo #15. My room was not waterfront, it was overlooked the parking lot. The wifi did not work at all the first 2 days. I repeatdly spoke to the VACASA team who assured me they were reaching out to the local team for help. I did not hear from the local team. I had to leave the property early b/c no wifi. This vacation was specifically booked so we could work, enjoy the ocean with our dog and celebrate our anniversary. was to get a room on the ocean with wifi to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was not possible b/c we had to work at an internet cafe leaving our dog behind. In the end we left b/c we had to work and we were not ocean front. The ad was misleading and the remedy to the situation did not present itself. I talked to VACASA repeatedly and all they said is customer service matters to us we will be reaching out to you about a refund. They NEVER REACHED OUT. In addition the coffee maker did not work and the property did not have enough space for the cars to park. Both only annoyances. The wifi and oceanfront were fraudulant and I am still seeking compensation. I have stayed at other VRBO properties before and the owners have always been more then helpful and responsive. With Vacasa in the middle it was annoying and no support was provided. DON'T book with VACASA.
