There is also a sleeping sofa on the screened in porch, and 3 seater sofa is also a fold out bed which is fantastic for older teenagers to sleep on, so could easily accommodate sleep area for 10 persons.

A spacious open plan living space, comfortable furnishings to enjoy watching your exciting shows on a large Smart screen TV with high speed Internet and numerous channels to watch movies (Netflix available ) Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking gadgets, SS Fridge, SS Stove, SS Dishwasher, SS Microwave oven, and cooking Broiler for self catering options. Includes Lots of natural light through the wall to wall sliding doors.

All bedrooms have direct view of the Ocean. The Master is equipped with California King 4 poster bed, comfortable soft bed linens, walk-in closet, with extra storage space. Large walk in bathroom suite with large tub /shower combination with jets, double vanities and separate make up corner with a set of drawers. On the other wing of the cottage sits the other 2 guest suites, nicely furnished with Queen Bed in one room, and oversized bunk bed respectively which sleeps 3, comfortable for adults or kids in the other room These 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom equipped with large walk in shower and vanity.

An incredible feature in this beautiful home, is the large screened patio, a la carte dining at an 8 seater table or lounge in the surrounding relaxing chairs where you can enjoy fun conversations with drinks while enjoying the surrounding nature of birds and the sound of waves lapping on the shoreline. Through a security door you enter onto a large Deck, fully furnished with relaxing Lounge chairs with breath-talking 180 degree panoramic views of meandering coastline and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A relaxing area with cool Caribbean breezes while suntanning, or reading an interesting book.. The Deck is totally enclosed and secured with gates so is very safe for children of all ages. The private garden also ocean-side comes equipped with hammocks, wind chimes and is surrounded by native trees, and provides a great sanctuary to relax and have time out for yourself. Have a baby no problem, high chair, swing set, pack and play, push toys, bouncy chair available at property.

The reef is no further than 200 ft from the shoreline, which creates a very safe like lagoon for swimming snorkeling, diving or kayaking . The reef area is full of sea life ranging from small shrimp, schools of squid, parrot fish, snappers, turtles, lobsters and many juvenile fish. We appreciate you enjoying but not touching any of the fauna, sponges or coral. Take a meandering walk along the beach and feel free to collect any shells , fern that may be of interest to you. Kayaking, Diving and Snorkeling at this location is pristine and very safe as no jet-skis or boats allowed. There is lots of open land space on this 185' beach front property which provides lots of playing area for kids to enjoy and run around, this area is completely fenced and secure.
Located in the central area of Rum Point Drive, close proximity to Supermarket(walking distance )to fine dining restaurants to please all palates and a great range of bars where you can mix with locals and other overseas visitors.
