"The bath fan didn't work so there was mold on the ceiling and not great when somebody else used the bathroom. Toilet was so small it was uncomfortable. We got pretty bad sleep because of how noisy the neighbors were and how thin the walls were. Could hear everything. Good location and good customer service brought it up to a three star."

"同価格帯のホテルを3泊したが朝食はその中では良い方と思うが、日本人として朝食付きなるイメージがあるのでそれと比べると残念。
また、パームスプリングスに近いので、プールジャグジーはあるものと思っていたが、当方の調査不足でジャグジーなし。
そして1番残念なのが、価格だ。
事前（ 2ヶ月以上前）に予約と支払いを済ませていたのに当日、フロントスタッフが私に間違えて料金を請求した。そしてその価格は私が支払ったものよりかなり安い金額であった。
エクスペディアで、 2ヶ月も前に支払ったのに割引どころか高い金額だった事は、最後にとても不快な思いとなったことは残念でした。
