Adorable 1 Bedroom 1 Apartment

Very nice and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a comfortable setting. Perfectly located only 3 min walking distance from the Warm Mineral Spring. The Apartment includes a private entrance with furnished lanai, full kitchen, with appliances and dishes. The bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 closets and everything included for great hospitality.

Good but not great

No instructions about using tv, or where to put keys on check out. Also as far as a potential liability issue, shower shower definitely needs some not slip mat on floor as both my wife and myself almost fell upon initial step in

Cozy little apartment

Property was accurately described and there were no surprises. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was very welcoming. Owner responded promptly to email correspondence. Others listed privacy concerns, but some small compromise is expected in a rental of this type, and I didn't see it as a problem. Only complaint I had was I would have liked a hotter shower. I showered at various times throughout my 5-day stay and only got 1 really hot shower. I would still highly recommend a stay here.

Small and part of a home

Well stocked unit. We did not know that it was part of the managers home so it lacked much privacy. The price was right. The unit is advertised as air conditioned but there are no controls for the air in the apartment.

It’s a nice place to stay with a small kitchen including dishes, utensils, and pans. The coffee maker is one of those Keurig machines, but no coffee pods which would have been good to know.

nomads on the go

we love to up and spontaneously leave at all times! last minute trips are our fav. booked this 2 weeks before we left, super cheap for the area with TONS of things to do, a 30 min drive to multiple beaches, we even went as far as naples to catch a sunset cruise! our favorite beaches were venice and boca grande. This place doesn’t offer a oven even though it’s listed but it does have a small air fryer which we used all week! Comes with linens, kitchen essentials and i just so happened to leave my Hulu logged in for the next guest hahaha we overall enjoyed!

Absolutely beautiful!! From the decor, cleanliness, and set up, we loved it. Close to everything around. Jelena was super responsive and kind if anything was needed❤️. Price, comfort, location, all around win👌. Thank you again and we hope to stay on our next trip🙋‍♂️

Wonderful

Such a lovely little space. Perfect size and all the amenities we needed. Spent 4 days. Absolutely wonderful. Stocked with everything we needed. Host checked in to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything, which I found to be a nice touch. Beds are super comfy. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely will book again next time we are down.

Great place

I rented here for my older sister and 93yo mom who were visiting friends in the area and they found the place lovely. I made a mistake on the departure date which had my sister in a panic and frustrated, but the host Jelena was very patient dealing with the situation, which was so nice of her and greatly appreciated by me since it was clearly my mistake. Highly recommend.

Property owner needs to communicate better so you know what to do when you get there. Must go around back to get in and there are no lights at night. Lights above both stove and sink did not work so it was rather dark when you worked.

Good value. Property is exactly as described. Neat, clean and stocked with more than you will ever need. Owner was always prompt with replies to any questions. I highly recommend both the owners and their rental. 100% satisfied.

Beautiful apartment!

The Nicest Single Bedroom Apartment

Everything from booking to the end of our short stay was delightful. Very attractive, clean, and cozy for two, with lots of extras in the full kitchen/dining room and roomy bathroom; a very comfortable queen sized bed with a small pull-out sofa that made watching TV comfortable as well. We liked how near the Warm Mineral Springs were in the tidy neighborhood. Our host was pleasant and attentive. A great deal!
