The views were amazing and the beach access was awesome.- host was communicating a lot- property was well managed- pool was nice (wish there was a hot tub)- location was great Our unit as a whole was nice however there some things that reminded us it was not a resort/hotel.- scuffs on the walls throughout the unit- a visible hand print from a past guest in one of the rooms- dead water bugs under the beds when we came in (we swept the unit when we entered)- ice dispenser in the freezer didn’t work- rusted vent covers- carpet was rolling up and was a constant tripping hazard- stains on the furniture from normal use Again we understand it’s a rental but wanted to call it all out, that being said it was a great stay.For those who do not like stairs it may not be for you because it’s the top floor of 3 and there is no elevator so those who are not super mobile would potentially struggle to get up and down regularly.
