* Living Area: A comfortable full-sized sofa provides a cozy spot to relax after a day at the beach.
* Kitchenette: Your well-equipped kitchenette includes a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, and a standard coffee maker for your morning brew. Please note, there is no oven.
* Bathroom: A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a double vanity. We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion for your convenience.
* Private Balcony: Step outside to your private balcony. It`s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching breathtaking, unobstructed sunrise views over the ocean.

* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.

* Laundry: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for guest use on the `P` Level of the resort.

* Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-duty lifeguards on the beach.

* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $250 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival

This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
