- Boats, Trailers, and Motorcycles:
These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- Parking:
Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Please ensure that your parking permits are displayed at all times.
- Towing: Towing is strictly enforced on the property without notice.
- If you lose a parking permit during business hours, please pick up a spare from our office.
- After hours, you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance staff.
- No Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
The discharge of fireworks is prohibited on the property.
Laser pointers are not permitted.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
If the booking is made for a group of individuals, all persons in the group must be over 25 years of age.

Great location!!

We love this condo. We love that this is on the 1st floor, we have someone in our group that doesn't like elevators. Easy access to the pool and beach! The only thing that can make this better, is if the living room furniture and mattresses were more comfortable.

Beach time

Over all this is a great place, we would stay there again. Easy to unload and reload your vehicle, plenty of parking, walk from the balcony right to the pool. The mattress is extra firm, which can be a blessing or a curse.

Great location

This was an awesome condo, convenient and really close to beach access. Plenty of grocery and food options within walking distance! The beds and accent chairs were not the most comfortable, and we found some food under the edge of the bed, but other then that it was a great place to stay! We will book this condo again!

This was a great spot for all of us! The kids had the pool right there. It was a short walk to places, with things to do for all ages. Absolutely love staying in Springs Towers.

Loved locate! Kids loved sand and shells!

Covid-19 restrictions, was unaware of swimming pool closed until we see the closed sign and yellow tape on it! Reason we chose pool site room was correlation to pool! Furniture in living room needed to be cleaned, arm rest were very dirty!

Our family enjoyed our stay, our only complaint is parking is across the street. So you either have to wait for others to move from the load/unload area, because it only holds two cars or you have to take all of your stuff across the street. TIP: If the dishwasher isn't working, it's not broke, there is a light switch near the sink to turn on power to it.

Great Stay in Cherry Grove

We loved staying at this unit. Being right at the pool and beach was super nice. We were afraid being on the first floor we would not be able to see the beach but you could still see it perfectly. The updates to this unit were very nice. The only downsides we had were the unit would feel really humid at times (even when doors had been shut for a long time.) It might need a dehumidifier. The beds were not that comfortable and really hard. Other than that we enjoyed the stay tremendously and would enjoy stay there again.
