Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach condo is the perfect choice for your next vacation.

With a partial ocean view, location in famous Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach, and just steps to the beach, this is the vacation home for you!

Our home features a prime location right on Ocean Boulevard, and has a partial ocean view from the spacious third floor balcony. Enjoy a great setting, beautiful sunsets and a beach access right across the street!

Your beach paradise awaits! Wake up to the sound of the waves rolling in and in a location that can`t be beat! Quiet and peaceful, yet right in the heart of all the shopping, dining, and attractions that North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach have to offer. Our villa is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi wireless internet and more!

Main Street has live music nightly among the various beach clubs and bars, and it`s also a family friendly area offering ice cream shops, boutique stores, seafood and pizza restaurants, an arcade on the oceanfront and even carnival rides in season. There`s great shopping nearby including the ALL-NEW new shopping centers in Cherry Grove along with Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets just to the south. You`ll be spoiled for options for golf, entertainment, restaurants, nightlife, or just relaxing poolside or at the beach. Cruise Ocean Boulevard with the wind in your hair, or catch up with family with burgers on the grill or a nice family dinner. This location has it all with fantastic restaurants nearby as well!

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Location is excellent. Pool doesn’t stay open in the evenings very long. Be aware that if you are in the condo the first Wednesday of the month they want to come in and spray. We were told it was in the contract but it isn’t. We were concern because we had a pregnant person and a couple with medical issues. Pretty much told us we had no choice. I book multiple VRBO each year and we have never had to let an exterminator in. Even though we were told it was safe they suggested that we leave for a couple hours. Kinda bad customer service when you rent a co do and then told all of this the day before they are coming. We was also told there was a sign in the co do with this info but there isn’tDefinitely needs some upgrades. Shower curtain rods are all rusty, as well as outside doors. Some tile cracks when you walk on them. Along the woodwork was very dusty and the dishes that we got out of the cabinets was dirty. Little cosmetic stuff would help with the condo’s appeal.

Great location, could use some updating

This was our fourth time staying here for a girls weekend. We really like the location and there are some nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as a grocery store down the street which is nice. The condo is getting a little worn in areas and the furniture is starting to get to the point it needs to be replaced in the living room. But overall, we like the place and the worn anreas are not bad enough to keep us from going back. I would also like to mention that when we got there, the microwave was broken and when we notified the property manager, they were quick to respond.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Kids did as well. Even though it was more than 50 steps to the beach it was still close enough. Plenty of room. Little outdated and needs to TLC but overall we all slept decent.

Very dated. Needs maintenance. Vrbo description VERY MISLEADING We stayed for 3 months-1/123-4/1/23 Broken floor tiles in bathroom #2. Refrigerator leaked and was missing 2 shelves on the door for storage. Screen door to patio did not close. Screens on windows were dry rotted and hindered viewing to outside. Oven took at least 30 minutes to preheat. Door to patio off master suite was rusted, did not close securely, and allowed way too much street noise to the Living room furniture worn and had a sour odor. Pool was clean and pleasant to sit out by. Only major plus.

Ideas for Improvement

We did enjoy our stay but have a few recommendations to improve the experience. The fridge needs to be replaced. The door shelves were broken off and there was a continuous leak in the back. (We put a bowl to catch the drip.). The dishwasher did a very poor job of cleaning the dishes. We usually had to hand wash them as they were not properly cleaned. The commode in the master suite would not flush and we had to call maintenance. The shower had a crack in it—it looked like someone’s elbow hit it! The bathtub in the middle bedroom would hardly drain and had to be plunged several times. We were unable to get the tv to work after meticulously following the directions. We finally realized that someone had unplugged something in the back! This needs to be checked after each renter leaves. And finally, the inside of the stove needed to be cleaned.

Excellent stay.

Perfect size for our family of 8. The elevator was a must for my husband who cannot climb stairs well. Loved having a washer/dryer inside our condo. No hauling dirty laundry anywhere. The beach was only one block over. Only a “sliver” of a view of the beach between buildings from our balcony , but the ocean was literally across one street. I was able to push my husband in a wheelchair and in less than 2 minutes we were there!

This condo is in a great location. Easy access to beach, in a great building but it is outdated and was not cleaned well when we got there. I have to credit the group to get a cleaning team out there on Sunday morning to mop the floor. The condo is outdated and is in a definite need of an update.

Very tired property- needs alot of repairs & better quality amenities

Check-in was key-less. Mega rules posted for everything. Not very clean, or updated to VRBO standards. Rusty door, peeling cabinets, Dollar Store towels & 3 rolls of toilet paper, 3 hotel size bars of cheap soap, 1 cheap paper towel roll & lots of old beaten up kitchen items & cookware. Balcony has a 4 inch view of the water & no view of the pool. Need to notify guests of 7am dumpster emptying daily, right under the window.LOUD! All tile floors were cracked. 1 of the 2 bathrooms had a good shower. Whole place needs maintained every & better items to facilitate an enjoyable stay. Linens threadbare. Morning mist made the balcony, slippery, dangerous & un-usable. Disappointing, with EXORBITANT Service, Linen & Cleaning fees. Try another accommodation in North Myrtle Beach

We had such high hopes for this rental. Check in was at 4:00 we arrived at 3:40 and the cleaner was still there and he stated needed at least another 45 mins to finish. We gave have him that time and went back to the condo and he was still there. He stayed about an hour still “cleaning”. The condo smelled Horrible and still didn’t seem clean. My mother and I went around the condo with cleaning whips (which we brought) it took us about an hour. Contacted management company about cleanliness and never received a call back and was even told I didn’t call. After we returned home we were offered a refund of one night or if we would give them a 5 star review. We won’t be renting this condo or from this management company again. Be careful renting from this company since they are attempting to buy reviews.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay. Located 300 feet from the beach, the view was beautiful, and it was very spacious. We were able to relax and unwind, enjoy the beach, and enjoy great food.

The condo itself was beautiful. Just needed a little TLC. It was discovered one of the tubs was clogged with sand and a toilet seat was broken. The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Items were fixed withen two days. Just needs some updates and a deep clean. Access to the beach was easy. The complex itself was very quiet and clean.

Excellent experience

We came as a family of 6 all different ages. The property is very nice. Comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness. I loved the area very quiet except trash truck at 7 am 😆. We had an issue with a slow drain in one bathroom but other than that it was great and I would recommend and we would definitely stay again.

This property has not "just been renovated". There was dirt on the floors, the kitchen we had to wipe everything down before we brought our stuff in. The stove was dirty and greasy when we got there. We did not use it at all so it was left as we found it. The rug in the l/R was nasty. Under all fur iture was dirt.Fridge needs at least new seals, does not shut tight.q Needs alot of repairs the condo was roomy and would not make such a big deal about cleanliness if the charges for it were not astronomical and with the threat of $150 fee if we were still there when the cleaning people came. INot sure "cleaning crew" ever comes.saying " just renovated" is not exactly true. I could not tell if anything had ever been renovated . Over price for what it represents .
