A nice place to stay on the beach

Well we killed a lot of gnats on first day thru out the condo, especially in the kitchen, sprayed some bug killer found under the sink. The amount of gnats dwindled over the 2 week stay but still couldn't get rid of all of them. Cleaned some gnats from freezer door storage and door top seal. Tub drain in master bedroom near ocean view balcony was draining very slowly, managed to pull out large hair ball with a bandaid in it, drain working great then. Called Host about shower head fixture in other bedroom bathroom really loose, spraying water out of nut connected to spout. Host gto a plumber out to fix it. Couldn't find remote to ceiling fan in master bedroom, used a floor fan to help cool the bedroom. Checkout directions said to turn off all lights before leaving but toggle switch next to dimmer and speed for fan would turn off the light or fan. Balcon door latch lock took some practice to secure. Otherwise we had a nice place on the beach.

A Great Experience

My wife and I were so impressed with the property, but just as impressive was the owner, John. Communication was excellent between him and us. We were having such an enjoyable time that we extended our stay and John was understanding and helpful. The condo was clean and the perfect size for a retired Canadian couple. The view of the Atlantic was fabulous and the location in North Myrtle Beach was quiet but also very close to all the amenities we needed. I'm so glad we stayed and I'm also grateful for establishing a good relationship with our owner. The bodes well for returning in the future, which we would definitely like to do. What a terrific vacation!

Beautiful week in NMB

Great location along the beach. Only one day of off & on rain kept us off the beach except for a short morning walk. Condo was cute. Very clean. Had everything provided. We didn’t even have to take beach towels. Two things that I have to mention . The bedrooms didn’t have a dresser for clothes. Main bedroom had pullout bins underneath but that does work well with older people like us. Also. We loved the bathtub but there were no grab bars to hold onto. So we probably wouldn’t go back because of that. I just used the shower in the other bedroom. Overall for 2 people it was nice..

Small but splendid

The rooms are on the small side but it was easy to work around with 2 adults and 2 adult sized teens. We were especially happy with the beach right outside and the kitchen. Would stay again.

A Wonderful Place to Relax

My daughter, granddaughter, and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony! Anna was easy to reach with questions. We will stay here again.

June Weekend Get Away

Charming 2 BR/2 bath condo, very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed-even beach towels and chairs for our use. Chocolates and a surprise gift from the host awaited us on the dining table! The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit on the small side, but otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay. The location is fabulous with the beach a few steps from the parking deck ground level. The parking deck was very adequate with easy access to the elevators. Easy walk to ice cream shop across the street a plus!

Nice place to stay

The room was very nice. There were four adults staying in the room. 2 bedrooms and each bedroom had its on bathroom and shower. The bedrooms were a little small but it worked fine. The host was excellent to deal with. Walk right to the beach and restaurant right next door made it very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Property! Bad Timing--Construction

The property and all else was 5/5 EXCEPT that each day there was construction from approx. 9am to 4pm. This included being awoken by jackhammer in the directly adjacent apartment; construction was throughout the building and noise traveled to the nearby sections of beach. We were not made aware of the construction beforehand. Obviously this depends on time of year, and construction must be done, but the lack of advance communication from the property manager was disappointing: given our desire for a quiet beach getaway!

First time in a condo.

This is a nice place for a night or two. We stayed for a week. For us, it is a small place. With a small space you need to maximize storage. The master bedroom has no dresser so you get drawers under the bed. one night stand that makes one of the drawers unusable. We ended up with piles of clothes on the floor. The bed fills the room so it is hard to walk around, The master bathroom is small, it has a pedestal sink, no place for your tooth brush. The shower could use a shelf or wire rack that hangs from the shower head. It helps to be teckey, from the lights to the dish washer, and washer and dryer.

Beautiful Condo for a mother and daughter Get A Way trip

We loved the ocean view from the second story balcony. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. The bathrooms are small but it was fine for the three of us. There is a hot tub outside and an inside heated pool. Both bathrooms have walk in showers which worked out nicely for my mom. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great little place!

Stayed a few nights and enjoyed our visit to Myrtle Beach. The unit is right on the beach, perfect to accommodate a small family. It had everything we needed and the owner/property manager was extremely responsive and helpful!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything about this place was superb. We felt right at home. The balcony is so cozy. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrella, and coffee for the morning. It was a worry free stay.
