The newly renovated channel home is ideally located where creek side meets pristine ocean beaches. The interior décor is bright and refreshing with splashes of color and comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. The modern and well equipped kitchen is perfect for those who want to enjoy home cooked meals with friends or family when you’re not dining at one of the fabulous local restaurants. On either side of the main living area you’ll find two bedrooms with a full size Jack and Jill bathroom in between. All four bedrooms feature a queen size bed. One bedroom has the addition of a twin size bed as well. The waterfront screened-in porch is ready for relaxing with a cold beverage and good company and is accessible from the main living area and the primary bedroom. The home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for keeping your beach towels fresh and ready for another day in the sun.

This home is just a short walk to the beach and Cherry Grove Point where the marsh and ocean merge into a large sandy beach providing serene panoramic views. The channel homes in Cherry Grove Beach are nestled along the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve with opportunities to explore the trails and boardwalks along the marsh and learn about native wildlife. The area includes access to fishing, searching for seashells, kayaking, paddle boarding, and even horseback riding. Best of all, it’s only a quick drive to fantastic local restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses. There is something for everyone.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
