Room was dirty.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. I am usually never disappointed by our room, but this was an exception. My sisters room had blood on the bed spread. I had to call to get that cleaned. It was awful from the start.

A great place to go!

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. The grounds and common areas were clean and attractive. The pools and lazy river were well maintained. (The only glitch was that the pools & hot tub closed at 10 or 11, it would be great if they could be open a little later so that they were available once everything was settled for the evening - kids, dinner, clean up., sometimes that is the first chance we have to really relax during a busy vacation.)There were places to eat and have a drink close by, as well as stores for any emergency items (even duct tape!). You didn't have to drive unless you wanted to. We would recommend booking your vacation here, as we hope to do for the next year.
