Charming, spacious and nautical-themed condo located in Myrtle Beach with beautiful ocean views right from your own private balcony.

This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo is located at Ocean Pier 3 in the highly desirable Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo with a charming nautical design has 2 spacious bedrooms with plenty of sleeping arrangements. It features 1 King bed in the 1st bedroom, 1 queen bed & 1 pull-out futon (for 1 person) in the 2nd bedroom.

The unit boasts a gorgeous flooring upgrade, stainless steel appliances, and excellent decor with an amazing view that will keep you in awe. Ocean Pier 3 has a private and secluded feel to give you a peaceful experience yet when you venture out you find that all the shopping, entertainment, and attractions that make the Grand Strand famous are right there close to you.

Barefoot Landing is 1.3 miles away along with easy and direct access to highway 17. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to enjoy the beach from your own private condo with access to a private pool!

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• It is strongly forbidden to disconnect, reset or make any changes in the Wi-Fi router settings.
• Pets are not allowed
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Bday weekend

This is by far my favorite place that I have stayed in. The rooms were so clean and the beds so very comfortable. Having the beach right at your feet was awesome. My husband love getting up early and doing some surf fishing before it got busy. I will definitely come back again!

Ocean Getaway

Nice place with a great ocean view and access! The only drawback was the bad mildew smell. The management company did try to help by bringing a dehumidifier. I emptied over 15 gallons of water during the 3 nights we had it which was in addition to the AC running. The parking, pool, TV, internet were all good. It was an overall enjoyable stay.

Wavy Floors

Have you ever wondered how it would feel to be on a small boat in the ocean? Have no fear, rent this condo and you'll find out. The floor of the condo has enough dips and waves in it to make a sober person feel drunk while walking across it. Be weary of the area between the bed and the slider in the master. It's a significant downhill slope, leaning you towards the slider. If the door's open, you may accidently find yourself on the porch after losing your balance. On a good side, the views from the porch are nice!

Girls get away.

Renting this property through with Hosteeva, the management company, was cumbersome. However, they were available and picked up every time I called and we worked through the kinks. This condo was in a great location. Very close to restaurants, fun shopping and grocery stores. Literally on the beach. Great view with a very short walk to the ocean. Very functional and good size for 4 of us, but would be cramped with any more. Make sure to bring dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. There was enough for one load but no more. With only one bath towel each, we had to wash towels a couple of times. There is an umbrella and a very small cooler to use but no chairs or beach towels. We brought all our own beach equipment so that was not an issue. We would stay here again.

A great spot!!

This property had everything we were looking for. On the beach with a pool - with easy and quick access to the room for lunch or to take a break. We enjoyed beach walks at night and sitting out on the deck.
