The perfect vacation getaway in the center of North Conway! Less than a mile walk to the village's restaurants and shops, yet nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Furry friends are of course welcomed!

This chalet has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 10 guests. 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 twin/full bunk bedroom (sleeps 4), and a pullout couch in the main living space. Kitchen, dining and living area are open and spacious. 1 3/4 Baths. The lower level also has an additional living space with another couch, Pac-Man machine, and YouTube tv for entertainment. Great house for families and friends!

Our outdoor furniture and fire pit are available weather dependent- typically late spring to early fall.

Our home is at the base of a small decline between a set of trees, so please enter with caution at night when it is dark. All wheel drive is ideal in the winter months.

A camera can be found at the entrance facing the driveway, as well as the outdoor grill/deck area. These are all used for security purposes only.


Amenities:

-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.


Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee helps cover the basics—fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a sparkling home for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care, as the fee doesn’t cover heavily stained linens, excessive messes, or damages. Extra charges may apply in those rare cases.

Pet Fee
We love welcoming dogs into our home! The pet fee allows your pup to join your stay comfortably. To keep the home fresh for all guests, we ask that pets stay off beds and furniture as much as possible. The fee doesn’t cover large amounts of pet hair on multiple surfaces, so additional cleaning charges may apply if needed. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet’s waste outside of the home as well. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and cozy for everyone!
