Wonderfully cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with a kitchen fully equipped for large gatherings, please enjoy the gourmet coffee for all guests and a spacious backyard.

In the front of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin-size beds. Back of the home has a larger bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each of the two large couches in the living room could be used as a bed, as well. Access to all bedroom closets available to guests. There are two full bathrooms, each in front and back of the house. Laundry corner with washer and dryer next to the front bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine to brighten your day! The driveway and carport can fit 3 cars easily and the front of the property can fit another 2 cars.

Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet in the living room, kept locked.

We live and work in Charleston--- we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.

This home is dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, which must be approved by the host in advance. A pet fee of $220 per pet will be charged, including ESAs.

Our neighborhood was established in the 1950`s and is culturally rich with families of all backgrounds and ethnicities. Many homes just like ours have been fully updated and renovated, with many more updating each year. The Palmetto House is blessed with wonderful and helpful neighbors next door and across the street, many of whom have been living here for over 25 years.

In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines.

We hope all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

If smoking is detected in the home there is at minimum a $250 deep cleaning fee charged to the guest`s reservation.
