"Hotel had a lot of character and was located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa which made it very easy to explore the area. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Did not get a five star review because elevator was not working, which made it inconvenient since I was on 4th floor. Otherwise, hotel was well maintained and comfortable."
