No hot water, until we mentioned it. Room very small,very basic amenities. Room could do with refurbishment. Bathroom very basic.

I think it’s a lovely setting but rooms were very out dated , we had a twin room next to extractor fan so very noisy. The window would only open a tiny bit so in this heat was very stuffy! The room only had one plug socket and the tiniest tv high up on the wall . The breakfast was great lots of choice and good coffee. Just think it could be a gem just needs some updating .

Some renovation work going on but didn’t impact the stay at all. Lovely spot, nice spa, friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant in the evening was only so so. Nothing bad per se, just very average quality. Similarly, the breakfast was plentiful but the cooked food was dry and cold. Nice room and bathroom, well equipped and comfortable beds.

Check-in was remote and smoothly navigated over the phone. The property itself is excellent both in terms of location (shops, restaurants nearby) as well as size of the apt. There were 3 minor issues - slightly mold/grout in one of the showers, water mixer in 1 shower too hot, and the coffee machine was leaking water causing slightly spill.
