Welcome to our condo located just a few blocks from the Virginia Beach oceanfront! The layout is open and inviting! One bedroom with queen size bed, one full bathroom, dining area, sectional sofa, kitchen, two flat screen tv’s, WiFi, & designated parking spot- it’s close to everything! Walking distance to so many great restaurants! If you have any questions or want recommendations, just ask- we’re locals! Thanks for looking!!!

Awesome place to stay for a trip to Virginia Beach. Easy 10 minute walk to the board walk and beach. Lots of places close for eating and drinking. And Arica was great at communicating!

Perfect for us!

We wanted a place near our son and his family and this was it. Loved the convenience to his place in Shadowlawn and to other nearby amenities like Bad Ass coffee and the Vibe district. Adjacent to a nice walking/biking trail as well and close to the beach.

We would recommend and stay in this unit again. We found it clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable and close to restaurants and not far from the beach. The unit is on the second floor and has all the kitchen amenities you would need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated with lots of shower water pressure. 5 Stars.

4th of July Getaway

Nice, clean, cozy apartment. About a 10 minute walk from the beach.Never even heard the neighbors. When we did see them, they were polite and nice to talk to. Overall an enjoyable experience. Was nice not to battle traffic after the fireworks were over!

Comfortable Stay

The condo location was literally 5min from the beach, and the neighborhood was very quiet. There are not many good dining options, but if you want to have some time to yourself and be in chill mode, I highly recommend it.

Awesome stay

The property was exactly as described on the listing. It was very clean and organized, and was perfect the 2 of us. Having a parking spot was such a benefit. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and right in the center of a bunch of good areas. Lastly, Arica was an excellent host who was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend booking this property!

JULY Vacation

Nice little apartment that isn't too far from the beach. Maybe at most a 10 minute walk. Lots of stuff nearby to cook at the apartment, or places to eat at nearby. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The apartment was clean and wonderfully decorated. We even got to catch up on "Stranger Things"at night to wind down the day. The owner was really quick and responsive to questions we had and is a pleasure to deal with. Would look this place up again when we go to Virginia Beach!

Fabulous experience in Virginia Beach

The property was lovely. Arica was an exceptional host. She was warm, responsive and professional making our stay just perfect. The beautifully decorated, spotless condo was perfect. No detail was left to chance. There were ample linens, dishes and even spare toiletries if you forgot something. My husband and I had such a wonderful time that we may actually stay at another one of Arica’s properties at the Outer Banks in the future. We highly recommend this property for a lovely, stress free vacation. Thanks Arica!

Very Comfortable

The condo was very clean and very nicely updated. We were very comfortable in both the living and bedroom. The kitchen was the perfect size to enjoy our meals. The neighborhood was quiet but also had a few restaurants within walking distance. Neighbors were friendly as well!

So clean and updated! Highly recommend!

Arica was a great host! We were flying in from KY and Arica messaged us to double check on us that we had arrived and to make sure we were able to get settled in ok. The condo was so clean and in a very quiet area🙂 My husband and I walked to the beach everyday and took Arica’s advise on two restaurants; The Waterman on the boardwalk and Bay Local on Laskin Drive near 33rd st. We had several good meals at these two during our 5 day stay! 😊 We also took a day trip over to Walton’s Mountain😉 (TV show), we took a narrated boat tour of the Norfolk Naval Base; this comfy condo was nice to come back to. Loved the boardwalk and the ocean at Virginia Beach, we were fortunate enough to have perfect weather during our stay 🙂

Good in the off-season.

My stay at VRBO was amazing. The unit is located near dining and the boardwalk and a local park. Very quiet and comfortable with heating and cooling. Very clean and nice amenity’s. Full-size oven and cooktop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. I look forward to my next stay.

Great little place!

Located in a quiet spot not far from the beach (1/2 mile walk), this little condo has everything you need. We had no problems at all, it was very clean and good communication with the owner. The only thing that could have made it better would be the ability to keep rental bikes there. Would recommend this place for couples!
