The apartment has an exceptionally beautiful layout. The entire facility is deliberately kept at the same high level as the general construction quality (outside and inside). This goal was achieved, among other things, by high-quality local carpentry work such as B. in the built-in wardrobes, selected flooring, etc. consistently implemented.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the harbor with the ferry terminals to Juist and Norderney, the town center, the beach and restaurants and offers space for 4 people.
Of course, the entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and solar-powered electric window blinds. The very nice and large balcony and the elevator access to this very spacious penthouse complete the whole.

The new building in Norddeich offers a spacious apartment for 4 people on the top floor. A modern elevator is available. The living, dining and kitchen area is combined and from there you can also access the balcony. A large TV and a comfortable living area invite you to cozy evenings. You have underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Most windows have blackout blinds as well as fly screens and pleated blinds.
In the 360-degree all-round view, you can get a first impression.

In one bedroom there is a double bed (box spring bed) with a large TV. In the other there are 2 single beds. In both bedrooms you can darken the windows, mosquito screens are available. The little ones sleep in the deliverable travel cot. The cabinet is in the hallway area.
kitchen
A bright kitchenette with ceramic hob invites you to cook. Everything is there that belongs to the kitchen equipment: oven, stove, extractor hood, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher in the kitchenette, microwave, toaster, all necessary kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, cups etc. A washing machine (1 hour = € 1.00) is also installed there. The dining area with a large table is right next to the kitchen and can accommodate 4 people and a high chair for the toddler.

This dreamlike penthouse with an exceptional floor plan is waiting for your visit to Norddeich. The apartment is located in a prime location in central Norddeich with a few meters to the sandy beach.
Exclusive quality was implemented in the property, which was only completed in 2017, both outdoors and in the interior. This allows you to enjoy maximum comfort. Four people with a maximum of one baby or toddler will find a spacious lounge on 80 square meters. All of the equipment proves quality, style and taste. Bright, warm colors create a cozy atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area offers both comfortable seating and infotainment. Even the chic fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the usual equipment and kitchen utensils, you will of course also find an automatic dishwasher and a microwave here.
Two bedrooms offer space for restful nights. One of them is equipped with a new box spring double bed, the other with two comfortable single beds. If necessary, a baby travel cot can also be set up.
Another highlight is the bathroom. A spacious floor-level glass shower awaits you here. The bathroom design also meets the highest demands.
The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating and electrically controllable blinds.

Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. 90.00 euros per stay, further details about the service fee can be found under booking information.
The laundry package consists of bed linen, towels as well as a shower mat, two dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation. The beds are already made on arrival, the price for this is 13 euros per person per stay.
