NEW ! Villa de Leon is a beautiful, modern 2 story villa with 5 bed, 5 bathrooms located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Aruba’s beautiful beaches and all Aruba has to offer! The villa is situated in Palm Beach, close to the busy strip, and just a few minutes' walk from Aruba’s High-Rise hotels, the best restaurants, casinos, and shopping centers.
Enjoy the salt water pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bar or outdoor shower.
This amazing villa offers a comfortable interior with fully equipped kitchen and large private patio’s where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Aruban breezes after a fun-filled day at the beach, shopping, or experiencing an island adventure.
All the bedrooms have smart TVs. This Villa has a large living room with A/C units. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped.
The covered patio provides dining for 12 people and a gas BBQ grill. Enjoy the tropical garden and relax in the outdoor seating area’s by the pool.

4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The 5th bedroom is a second master suite located on the first floor. All Bedrooms have closet space, AC and TV's .

We had an amazing time. This house was perfect for our group as each family had its own bedroom and bathroom. Private pool was perfect to wind down after days of exploring. One shift would get ready to go out for the evening and the others relaxed in the pool. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property
This is a beautiful property. Exactly as shown. Lovely check in and super accomdating responsive host!.The location is fantastic. Nice walking distance to supermarket, amazing restaurants and beaches.The property has perfect for large group or family. Well equipped. Bonus large outdoor covered dining space with full size fridge and outdoor washroom. Super convienent! Looking forward to returning

Wonderful Vacation
The house was great, we had 10 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room and seating. We loved the outdoor space, great pool with lounge chairs and a nice big table to hang out around. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice, beds were very comfortable and home was clean. Home was within walking distance to Palm beach. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. Overall we had a great stay!

Fantastic Stay!!
My family and I booked this property for my husband’s 50th birthday early August. Total of 8 adults and there was ample space for us all. The beds were super comfortable. The backyard and the pool were amazing! The pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there! Our host, Darrell, is amazingly super nice. He was very responsive to all my texts, even in the middle of the night. There was a very short blackout for about 1.5 hours in the area, which was beyond anyone’s control…well except for the power company. Also, one of the A/C unit broke down but that was replaced with a brand new unit the very next day. We’re easy going people and we all enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and so so close to everything. Maybe 4 blocks walking and you’re by the beach. I’d consider staying here again WHEN we come back to Aruba! Darrell, cheers to you!!!
