Welcome to our stunning 10-bedroom, 8-bathroom house located in the beautiful neighborhood of Noord, Aruba! Our luxurious vacation home is the perfect destination for large groups of family and friends looking to escape to a tropical paradise. This fully air conditioned villa features 4 king-sized beds, 4 queen-sized beds, 4 twin-sized beds, 2 sofa beds, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 4 open space living areas. This house can sleep up to 20 people. PRIVATE pool with BBQ and nice backyard. Free Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer. Free parking.

The facity is beautiful but it has severe repair issues and leaky roof. The apartments were flooded for two day's due to the rain and roofing issues. There was no hot water in apartment 1 and 2. The dishwasher in apartment 3 was not working properly

The common areas inside and outside were both nice and good for groups. Overall a nice property that needs some maintenance work done and hopefully will be addressed before the next guest. We had some plumbing issues that required one apartment bathroom to be out of use and the pool wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. Communications with the host were great and she was responsive - just a bummer the toilet and shower couldn’t be fixed to use.

Quiet. Great family get together venture. Modern and clean

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately there had been guests just before us who had destroyed a lot and many things were not replaced or fixed when we arrived. One apartment did not have hot water despite 3 checks of the system. One thing we missed was availability of more ice cubes. Why not install an ice machine. We also missed not getting fresh bed linen in the middle of our stay of 16 nights. But all in all we had a wonderful time

The house was as described, but it was very, very cold and the remotes didnt change the temperature. The mosquitos were killer inside and out. Edwardo was very hands on and responded quickly to issues brought up: we couldn't get responses on the checkout process. Overall, we had a great time and this location accommodated all 20 of us perfectly!process

perfect villa for a large party

The description of the property was a little confusing but the 4 apartments worked out perfectly for our large (16) group of adults. The villa is clean and bright and open. the pool was warm and relaxing. we had the best time and are so grateful for our time in this beautiful property.

Beautiful property!

Unique property with 4 separate apartment-type units. We loved this set up as it allowed us, a large family group, to have quiet time and privacy for both kids and adults yet plenty of space for gathering in groups. The outdoor space is gorgeous with plenty of seating and a beautiful pool. The yard is enclosed by a 12 foot wall which makes it feel like a private resort! The down side is the location. It is about a 15 minute drive from downtown. It is difficult to find as it is located off of unpaved roads in a very run down area of town with no street signs and very little lighting. It can be tricky to find the right turn from the main road when you try to find your way back in the dark. However, GPS was able to get us there! The house was spotlessly clean and very nicely appointed. There were nice touches including providing beach towels and chairs, pool floats, and a well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.
