Nice unit overlooks infinity pool w/great Caribbean view. Ursula very helpful check-in, reviewed key items on pg 1 of 5-pg welcome handout. Stayed 16 nites on 5th floor. * Quirky digital entry lock. Unit cold65F on arrival; adj’d to 70F. Need carry chairs across street to beach; can use Embassy Suites huts. * Ongoing problems w/bathrm circuit breaker & A/C; Felix (Maint.) resolved issues. Wife got stuck in 5th floor elevator w/no cellphone - elev. door didn’t close tight, elev. didn’t move, no elev. buttons worked. Banged on elev. door; finally elev. intercom replied. After 15 mins. w/heat index 105F, 2 employees pried elev. door open. Ursula promptly called Security, Maint., & Elev. Repair. No warning signs by 5th floor elev.; tiny 3” x 3” note “THIS ELEVATOR IS UNDER REPAIR” taped atop 1st floor elev. frame. People do enter elev. on other floors! * Housekeeping serviced room Day 4; check-in didn’t mention cleaning. After A/C & elev. issues, we missed pg 3 policy of cleaning only if stay 9 nites: one mid-stay clean Day 4 unless you change date by Day 2. Need tell policy at ck-in & highlight on handout pg 1. Clean on Day 4 of 16-day stayunwise. No clean towels for 12 days after Day 4 unless pay feeunreasonable. * Need add towel bars in Bathrms & a grab bar in shower stalls. * After major issues, did enjoy unit & will consider return.* Thank You Ursula & Felix!
