The top location. Everything is close. Very remote work friendly. This amazing modern beach villa located in the “Beverly Hills" area of Aruba, just 46 seconds drive or walk to the beautiful beach, snorkeling or golf! Just minutes to Eagle beach, Palm and Arashi beach (top beach), the islands' most gorgeous beaches! This high end newly renovated luxury beach vacation villa is modern and relaxing. Located minutes to wind surfing, sky diving, snorkel, scuba diving, fine dining, casinos, night life and endless miles of gorgeous scenery and beaches.

When you first arrive to the villa you will meet with our property manager to check you in. Also you will find it with a privacy gate, higher privacy walls and a modern feel. As you enter the home you will see (5) king sized beds in (4) separate bedrooms, EACH with their own bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, UHD TV and fast WiFi throughout. The home features a wall of glass leading to the back 3 patios, one fully covered, a pergola affording partial coverage and an open sun deck. A few steps down on a tropical wood deck and a 14,000 gallon salt (not ocean) water pool lit in cool blue at night. Surrounding the pool area are chaise lounge chairs. Please get your Aruba tan on!

The modern gourmet kitchen offers a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with water dispensers, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Outside is a BBQ. We have several private chefs for you to hire for any of your needs such breakfast, lunch, dinner or celebrations. Pool side massages, UTV, cooking classes are available not included and can be arranged. Contact us for details.

All bedrooms are en suite with gorgeous modern bath areas. All finished in Italian porcelain. All bedrooms have a large 4K UHD TV, king-size beds, and expanded bathrooms featuring walk-in rain showers. Throughout the home is very high speed wireless internet with a single ID including outside the home and around the pool area. Additionally, there are internal living room speakers with a wireless Bluetooth amplifier for your music pleasure.

Food and beverage costs not included. We have several private chef's to choose from. Private chefs come after you have contacted them, agreed upon menu. Menu's are agreed in advance so you have exactly what fits your budget, tastes and schedule. All bring everything needed, to cook, present, serve, clean up and leave you the left overs. You just sit back eat drink and enjoy yourselves. Wonderful experience.

The Villa is in a private, safe and secure area. Villa has exterior security cameras compliant with local laws for your safety. If you choose to unplug, cover or turn off the cameras you must reset them upon exiting the home.
