    A stunning private air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom condo with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea for you to enjoy morning, noon or night from your private balcony. This modern open concept condo has everything you will need for a great vacation or workcation: upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with Built-in appliances, Miele washer and dryer, beach gear, towels, bed linens, Aruba Aloe hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and more. Aqua View is across the street from Eagle Beach which is ranked #2 in the Caribbean and #3 in the world.

    PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
    The open concept living area with amazing views of the ocean is provided with a 65” Sony TV with Sonos soundbar, a sectional sofa with queen size sofa bed, an extendable dining table with 6 dining chairs and 4 counter stools, and a fully equipped kitchen.

    The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55” Sony TV with Sonos soundbar, desk and chair and walk out to the balcony. The master en-suite offers a full modern 3-piece bathroom with double sinks and a rain shower head, a built-in closet.
    The second bedroom has a king size bed, a 50” Sony TV, 3-piece en-suite with rain head and handheld shower, built-in closet. Both en-suites include hair dryers.
    There is a 2-piece bathroom off the main hallway.

    The unit consists of 1,400 square feet, your own private balcony, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-fi, Netflix, local cable and Internet.
    The condo is located on the 4th floor near an emergency stair exit.
    Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 queen size sofa bed.

    The property at LeVent Condominiums has a large swimming pool, a children’s pool and a separate hot tub. There are several shaded or sunny areas to enjoy sitting or lounging around the tropical landscaped grounds. There is a children’s playground, an outdoor communal dining area where you can make use of 2 BBQ’s, an ice machine, a sink, washrooms, outdoor showers and a beach access gate. There is a communal rooftop area on the 7th floor for you to enjoy views of Aruba and the breathtaking sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, Blue Waters Day Spa, coffee shop, and free parking within the 24/7 secured gated property. The property has security cameras around the property for added safety, including a Ring Doorbell in the hallway outside the entrance to the condo unit.

    THE BEACH AND AREA
    LeVent Condominiums is only steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach.
    We also provide you with beach chairs, Igloo cooler on wheels and beach towels.
    Close by, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, gas station, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food), the hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course.
    Palm Beach is approximately a 5-minute bus/car/taxi ride.
    Queen Beatrix International Airport is approximately 15 minutes.

Aqua View was just as described, very clean, great location with easy access to the beach/pool. Extremely comfortable beds, high end finishes and fully equipped kitchen! Dominic and Daniela were responsive and accommodating to unexpected flight scheduling issues. We had a wonderful time in Aruba and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely the best host, location, and property. Property is luxury at the highest level. Our host helped us with a last minute issue for the rental car which saves us a huge hassle. He had excellent communication throughout the entire process leading up to our stay. I can’t say enough and this will be our future go to for Aruba. Fantastic vacation!

Fabulous Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at Levent condos. They are very modern and beautiful, having any amenities a person can ask for. Perfect location across the street from Eagle Beach, and near grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Beyond Expectations

This was an amazing experience. I have given 5 Stars to other stays but this deserves higher. Dominic and his team provided all needed for a wonderful stay.The communication was exceptional and timely. The unit was luxury and all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for us because we love Eagle Beach. The overall property was immaculate with a lovely pool and staff readily available if needed.I would definitely stay again.

Spring break with teens

This condo was perfect for family of 4 with teen boys. Location is great on Eagle beach. The view is amazing. Plenty of restaurant options close by. It was Nice to have a car to get everywhere quick and explore the island. Dominic is a great Host and really makes sure everything goes smoothly.

This condo was great! The condo had everything we needed for our one week stay. The owner and host were very easy to contact, if we had any questions. We had an amazing stay at Dominic’s condo, and the welcome gift was unexpected but very much appreciated! The unit was well stocked, including very nice cutlery and pots and pans, something you typically don’t see at other rentals, but is a reflection of the high standards the owner has for the unit. The condo is beautiful, with marble floors throughout, high end furnishings, including appliances, beds, and a very comfortable sofa to unwind at the end of the day. The automated window coverings, including black out blinds were a nice touch. Located on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, the unit provided spectacular views of the ocean and Aruban sunset, a highlight of our stay. There are many restaurants close by and Superfoods grocery store, which can get very busy, just a short walk away. Both Dominic and Daniela were excellent hosts, providing timely communication and valuable suggestions to ensure our stay was truly memorable. We will definitely come back and select this same unit for any future stays.

We had a really good time staying at LeVent condo last week! The condo was very nice, clean, well equipped with even you may need and some. The furniture was very comfortable and the condo had a feel of a home and not a rental property. Dominic and Daniela were wonderful and did everything to make sure that we were comfortable. The LeVent property was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and a very short walk to Eagle Beach. Our condo was top notch, I love contemporary and this place had all top of the line appliances, every utensil you could possibly think of, spacious, immaculately clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The owner and Host were always available to us and shared great options for dining out. We will definitely be returning.
