Excellent location! Close to beaches, shopping and our favorite waterfront restaurants. This coastal 2 BR/ 2 Bath remodeled home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything that you would want to explore. Within minutes of Siesta Key (10), Casey Key (5), Venice Beach (10) and famous Shark Tooth Caspersen Beach (15). Only an hour from Tampa, 2 from Disney and within minutes of all the amenities and shopping you could want. After a day of fun, return to a cozy, clean and comfortable home where you can relax and unwind.

This home has a newly updated kitchen, new furniture, linens, towels and grill. Our goal is that your stay is a 5 star stay. We live locally and are happy to help make this a perfect vacation for you and your crew. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or anything we can do to help make your stay even better.

This home has updates throughout. You'll love the new tile flooring, freshly painted walls and new kitchen cabinets and countertops. We have stocked the house with cozy linens, towels, designer furniture and all the things you would want to make this feel like your home away from home.

The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to cook or entertain including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the pots and pans you will need. We have storage containers for leftovers, mixing bowls and baking sheets We have provided some spices, coffee pods and waters to help get you started should you have a late arrival. Gas grill available for your grilling needs also.

The outdoor living space can be accessed from both bedrooms and the main living room through sliding glass doors, allowing you to enjoy the amazing outdoors easily. The porch is screened in and covered with seating for lounging and entertaining.

The spacious master has a king bed with all new bedding, a walk in closet and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, new bedding and linens. A twin mattress is available and can be thrown on the floor in one of the bedrooms or the living room. Linens are provided. There is also a full bath with tub accessible to the second bedroom.

We have a pontoon boat available for our renters on a first come, first serve basis. $375/ day plus gas and within minutes of the house.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We visited several different beaches and found over 400 shark teeth — such a fun and memorable trip. The home was stocked with everything we could need for beach days, including umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, and even a cooler. Such thoughtful touches made a huge difference.From the moment we walked in, the house smelled clean and felt incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and we never had to drive far to get anywhere — super convenient. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver after sandy beach days, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies, which was greatly appreciated.The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were so good I looked up the brand and ordered some for myself.Communication with the host was excellent. She was responsive from the very beginning, even before I booked. She went above and beyond by allowing us to Amazon a few items to her, which she kindly placed in the home for us before we arrived.The house looks exactly like the photos — no surprises, just a lovely, cozy space. We were always on the go, but I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the porch — it’s a great bonus feature of this home.We would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this home and host to anyone visiting the area.

Awesome VRBO!!

The house was clean and equipped with everything you would ever need! Decorated beautifully too! Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. Ashley is a wonderful host and she gave great information and clear instructions and stayed in communication. She was available to answer any questions I had which I liked. The home was clean and super cute. It was easy to get to the place we wanted to go see and do. I definitely recommend staying here.

The property is lovely and had everything I needed. It was very clean and nicely painted. The bed is very comfortable as is the living room sectional. The kitchen felt fresh and light. It was a treat to sit outside on the patio which is enclosed. The location is convenient to Venice and numerous beaches. Ashley was fast to respond and I had no issues. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome location to anything you might need or want!

Great location situated between Venice and Sarasota. Cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Everything you can imagine is provided. Loved the listing of great restaurants to try. Communication with owner was effortless and response time was fabulous! If you want an area loaded with fun this house is for you! Definitely recommend renting e-bikes to ride on the Legacy Trail, both only a few miles away!

Quiet Location

Property clean and just as pictured on website . Location quiet , close to everything, 12 min from Nokomis beach. We enjoyed quiets early mornings on screened in patio. And walks in neighborhood and park closed. Legacy bike trail close enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

Usually VRBO homes are somewhat disappointing because the camera angles on the pics exaggerate size, etc, but this house was just the opposite! Much larger than it looked, and very clean. The location is close to Venice, Siesta and Casey keys, even Sarasota is a short drive away. The lanai was a great place to relax after the beach or for cocktails before dinner. Located in a quiet neighborhood that was great to walk the dog in. We will be back!

Short and sweet stay

Very comfortable and clean! We enjoyed sitting on the spacious, enclosed patio. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Went on a long morning run! Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Looking forward to booking again!

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners, Randy and Ashley, were great! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location too, we visited St. Armand’s Circle, Venice and Caspersen Beach during our trip and the house was an easy drive and conveniently located to everything. This was our first trip to the area so the guide book was a big help- definitely recommend the drive from Pops Sunset Grill to the Fish House! Caspersen Beach was amazing and we even found some shark teeth! We definitely look forward to our next trip and would stay here again.
