"호스트가 숙박 2일 전에 고객에게 예약상태와 체크인 주의사항을 알려주어야 원할한 숙박장소로 이동이 가능하는데,고객의 개인 일정에 의하여 저녁 8시경 야간에 투숙하는 경우가 생겨서, 숙박 위치를 정확히 인지 못하는 일이 발생 되었습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 고객 연락처를 주지 않아서 발생된 일로 꼭 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 나중에 확인해보니 인터넷 계정으로 호텔스닷컴 에서 호스트 연락처를 하루전에 보내준것을 확인하였습니다."
