"Chino Valley Az is a small one main Street town. Fortunately this site is minutes from my extended family's home. Easy access right off the main road. We stay here every time we come to visit. Always clean and great food."

"We had an unexpected upgrade to a suite. The property is beautiful, the room was wonderful. The bed was so soft it had a divit in it, so it was hard to sleep. Also the room was right above the checkin area and extremely loud until around 10pm. I love the property, a room away from the desk would be wonderful."

"Rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and professional. My husband and I are both highly allergic to pet dander. So your no pet policy is extremely important and appreciated by us. The free breakfast is a great bonus and the multiple choices mean there is something for everyone. The food is always hot and tasty. We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Prescott, Arizona at least 15 times. Always our first choice when visiting the town."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve had at a hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were beautiful with a nice patio area outside where we ate breakfast. Breakfast was great, and there was even homemade banana cake. A favorite of ours was the coffee machine open 24/7 that made coffees, cappuccino, etc."

The pictures on the Listing are not accurate,they must be from another hotel.Totally deceptive practices.This place was disgusting.The bed was hard as a rock,no soap in the room,no water pressure,disgusting property,filthy.The pictures are from another hotel,the room I stayed in looked 500 years old.Such a waste of time and money."

"The bistro, basement “speakeasy,” and lobby bar were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The old-timer elevator is cool. The location on the main public square is a big part of the appeal. There are so many shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance.
You have to accept it’s an older building and not super fancy but you’re not there to stay in your room."
