Attractions and activities abound in every direction, from Hearst Castle all the way down to Solvang, which is just 45 min in either direction, with plenty of wine tasting opportunities, beaches, and hiking spots in between. You’ll have easy access to High Way 101 and will be walking distance to the famous JOCKO's restaurant where you can enjoy the largest most flavorful steaks imaginable. Arrive in Pismo Beach in as little as 10 min, 15 min to Avila Beach, 20 min to SLO, 30 min to Morro Bay, 25 min to Bishop Peak, 4 min to Black Lake Golf Course, 8 min to Cypress Ridge Golf Course, or 5 min to Santa Maria. The property includes WIFI, so bring your favorite gadget.

It must be said that Nipomo is blessed with beautiful coastal weather, delightful ocean breezes, and wonderfully mild temperatures year round. Beautiful property, quiet, well furnished

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of dishes for our use, and the use of the garage to park or motorcycles was very convenient and have us extra piece of mind. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Visiting Cal Poly and UCSB

We stayed at this property while visiting both UCSB and Cal Poly over Spring Break with our high school junior. There was plenty of space for all of us. The location is about 25 minutes from Cal Poly. Close enough to make getting there easy but far enough that the price to stay was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again. Note: some of the reviews complain about the lack of a working air conditioner but the listing clearly states there is no central air conditioning. For the majority of the year, it wouldn’t be required. There are planet of fans in all the rooms and screens on all the windows.

Loved our host!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this comfortable place. But the best part was our host, who was available to help us when we mistakenly locked ourselves out! His response was immediate, friendly and solution oriented. Thank you so much! One thing: be sure to bring your own soap for the bath!

This is our regular xmas spot

We have family in Santa Maria and Pismo Beach so this is a perfect spot for us. 4th time staying here. Easy access to freeway, and an easy walk to restuarants (like Jackos). Quiet neighborhood.. and room for two cars in garage is nice.

Beautiful Home

I took myself and my 3 kids. It was for my daughter’s birthday. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was all updated. My chief complaint was that there wasn’t any air conditioning and when trying to just put the fan to blow to circulate air it blew warm only. Other than that I will say that for the price it was well worth every penny. The “check out” instructions listed that the owner wanted all linens stripped and taken down stairs and a few other tasks which I absolutely think is a great idea but I would suggest adding an extra 30 minutes to a hour for such requests allowing the guests to complete. On the plus side the owners did provide guests with many extras that most wouldn’t. For example I packed everything but forgot body wash! There were the little packets of bar soap which saved me BIG TIME so thank you!! I wish the house was closer to the beach but would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!

Less than pleased

Albeit very frustrating, I did not blame the owner for having a cold shower on my first morning there. He mentioned they had recently had the water heater replaced and a plumber did come out promptly. However, in the same communication, I expressed that the air-conditioning did not seem to work. Never got a response on that and the unit remained about 77° upstairs for our entire stay. Entirely too warm! Messaged the owner twice about the air conditioning unit and never got a response. I did notice in the Guest book that another visitor had mentioned the air-conditioning unit not working, and that was an entry from two years prior! And finally, the ad mentioned a nice patio. The patio has not been kept up and there was nowhere to comfortably sit outside to visit with my family.

Happy Holiday

My grandsons approved of the space as soon as they went in the door. Everything was easy to access and the host’s explanations were easy to follow and spot-on. The only downside was something that was completely out of the host’s control. We had cold showers because the water heater failed. When I messaged the host, he called a plumber and he came asap to correct the problem. I would stay here again in the future! It was close to all the adventures we had planned - ATVs, hikes, and body boarding. We definitely had a Happy Holiday!

Good Location

Just a 15 minute drive to Pismo Beach. The townhouse was comfortable. There is very little almost no outside area to relax in. Worth the cost overall.

Relaxing Stay

This property was easy to find and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Property looked just like the pictures. The property was very clean and spacious. My family and I (4 adults, 1 teenager) were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were great! They responded quickly to messages and made the check in/ check out process very easy. Thank you!!!

2024 Spring vacation

The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again.

Our 3rd stay. Great spot.

We have stayed here while visiting family for xmas the last 3 yrs. Great location with easy access to HI 101. Bedrooms , kitchen and living area all clean and spacious. We hope to return again in the future.

A convenient clean stopover

We spent two nights in Nipomo. Our destination was Daou vineyards in Paso Robles. Coming from LA in Thanksgiving traffic this was a very convenient midway stopover. We had two occasions to communicate with owner Sami who was friendly and helpful. The house itself was spacious, well furnished and clean. We heartily recommend this VRBO to anyone in a similar situation to our own!
