Perfectly suited for families or traveling professionals, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably sleeps six adults and four children and has with a fenced backyard.

The heart of the Westen Haus boasts an open layout, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen provides ample space to prepare delightful meals - whether it's a quick breakfast before hitting the nearby beaches or a hearty family dinner. Through glass French doors you can enter the large fenced backyard and fire up the grill for a barbecue or simply lounge and bask in the Florida sun and fresh costal air as you watch the kids enjoy their outdoor play.

Discover the versatility of our Florida room - a multifunctional space ideal for work, leisure, or family time. Surrounded by windows and equipped with a designated workstation, a large television and sleeper sofa, toys, and board games, this large open space has you covered.

When it's time to recharge, the bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for a restorative night's sleep. The master suite features a luxurious queen bed and attached bathroom, while the other bedrooms provide a king bed and two pairs of cozy twin beds. Kayla was great with communication. Checking in and out was very easy and the reminder signs posted in the house were appreciated. The house overall was very spacious and nice. We were a little disappointed with the smaller beds. We have teenagers, so the beds weren't very comfortable for them. I think for smaller kids, they would be great though.

Adorable, Clean, Family Friendly

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked for a family. Close enough to the beaches to get there quickly but far enough away not to be in the noise constant foot traffic. Whaft is a must have and is within walking distance! Host was very responsive and polite.

Family Event

The property was great for our extended family attending Niceville High School graduation.was very impressed with all the available items provided for our stay (bag of coffee along with pods, shampoos, soaps, laundry pods, baby items like soap/shampoo, towels, high chair, pack n play, etc). The listing is VERY accurate. The small detail that would be welcomed is room darkening curtains in the two front bedrooms as the sunrises early. Thank you for providing a comfortable place for our entire family!

Stayed here for a cheer competition in Destin

This was a great place to stay for me and my family and my 4 month old golden retriever. He loved the back yard and open layout of the house. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Niceville long weekend

We had a great stay for a long weekend to celebrate a local family members birthday. House was perfect place for us to be close to family and have a quiet place to sleep. We had everything we needed. We hope to be back again for future family get togethers.

Thanksgiving Reunion

Our check in was as easy has unlocking my own door. We had big TVs for football. Plenty of toys and books for kids. A great charcoal grill for cooking out. The beds were very comfortable. We would 100% stay there again.

Refuge from Hurricane Milton

We booked this home to escape hurricane Milton, and it has been such a blessing to be able to have safe place to stay with my family. The house is very clean, is close to everything and has everything you could ask for. Kayla is an excellent and welcoming host and she responds immediately to any concerns. We are extremely grateful for her and her graciousness.

Our stay

We loved the house it was very clean, and there was more than enough room for my family of 6. In the master bed room there is a gap between the headboard and mattress. The pillow that's there to fill in the gap kept falling in the gap whiIe I was sleeping, therefore causing my pillow to fall as well. I would wake up often in the middle of the night to readjust the pillow situation.

Home away from home !!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay !!! Their home was a Very welcoming environment and everything was clean!!! She responded within a timely manner to any questions or concerns I had and even provided some advice on a few restaurants and attractions in the area !!! Instructions for check in and check out were very clear and understandable!!! Looking forward to future stay here !!!!

Will 100% book again

I have never had a better rental home experience. The house had so many little touches to make the stay more comfortable. From laundry pods to a variety of games for rainy days, they thought of everything, there was even a custom info sheet on the fridge with local restaurants and their price ranges and contact info. The house is exactly as described and 10 of us slept comfortably. I would say bring an eye mask if you tend to like blackout curtains or super dark rooms at night, but that was an easy fix for us. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and coffee supplies were provided. Our trip was Destin focused and it was about 25min to the beach but be aware there is a toll ($4 each way) if you take the fastest route. Overall I liked the location, it was away from the chaos of Destin but still close. But best if all, Kayla was the easiest host to communicate with, she was kind, personable, and helpful with the entire process. I live about 3 hours away and travel to Destin regularly and I will absolutely stay here again! Thanks, Kayla!
