The spacious and light-filled 85 m² double living/dining room is equipped with an audio system and opens directly onto the pool area and the pool house. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a very practical utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa is connected to fibre-optic internet, ensuring a high-quality connection.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms spread over two levels, offering flexibility and a high level of privacy.
Bedroom 1 (Ground floor, air-conditioned): Queen-size bed (160 cm), full bathroom (shower, bathtub, and WC), direct access to the pool.
Bedroom 2 (Upper floor, air-conditioned): Queen-size bed (160 cm), en-suite shower room/WC, access to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Open mezzanine (Independent, air-conditioned apartment): King-size bed (180 cm).
Living room (Independent apartment): additional sofa bed.

The independent apartment features its own kitchenette and shower room/WC, providing an ideal solution for a family or friends seeking greater autonomy, with access to a private terrace.

The 3,600 m² grounds form a true haven of peace. The private saltwater swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is perfect for swimming and relaxation. The well-equipped pool house (barbecue, oven, gas hob) is ideal for summer meals and is complemented by an outdoor shower with hot water. Parking is available for up to four cars.
