  • THIS APARTMENT WAS RENOVATED TO A LUXURY STANDARD. GREAT FOR PRIVACY. THE LEFT SIDE IS 30 SQ METERS AND FEATURES A SEPARATE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, GOURMET KITCHEN WITH FULL SIZE FRIDGE, INDUCTION COOKTOP, OVEN AND MICROWAVE. THERE IS A BALCONY OFF THE LIVING ROOM OVERLOOKING THE CATHEDRAL AND PLACE ROSSETTI. HARDWOOD FLOORING, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, AND STAINLESS BOSCH APPLIANCES ARE JUST SOME OF THE MANY UPGRADES. THE LARGE BATHROOM FEATURES A RAIN CURTAIN SHOWER AND WASHER/DRYER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
    THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE APARTMENT IS 15 SQ METERS WITH KITCHENETTE. IT HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE CATHEDRAL AND A GLIMPSE OF THE WATERFALL ON THE HILL ABOVE. THE KITCHEN FEATURES GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND BOSCH APPLIANCES. THERE IS A LARGE BATHROOM FEATURING A RAIN CUTAIN SHOWER AND LARGE SINK.

    THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND LIKE MOST BUILDINGS IN THE OLD TOWN THERE IS NO LIFT.

    ONCE INSIDE THE APARTMENT, THERE IS A PRIVATE DOOR TO EACH SIDE, YOU CAN KEEP THE THOSE DOORS OPEN, IF YOU LIKE OR CLOSE FOR ADDITIONAL PRIVACY.

Wonderful location, easy walk to everything in old Nice. Balconies are a nice sit for morning coffee or evening wine, only space for 2. Great food all around, as well as interesting shopping. Rock (not sand) beach is a short walk away.

Great location, clean, dual rooms and dual bathrooms were great when traveling with adult children. Spent some time on the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktail. Would stay there again!

Great location in heart of Old town. Clean and renovated modern apartment with all amenities. Manager Dorina was quick and responsive with any questions. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was crisp clean with all soaps and other basics.

Perfect Location in the Old City

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for seeing everything that we wanted to see in Nice. We felt safe at all times, the property was spotless, and even though it is directly above an Irish Pub in a very busy square, it was very quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful space from which to appreciate old. I e.

Beautifully appointed one-bedroom and studio combo with very modern appliances and washer dryer. Wonderful location to enjoy the wonders and history of old Nice and 3-minute walk to the daily market and the sea. Thoroughly enjoyed our multi-week stay in this great property.

3 ladies for 2 nights

The location is fantastically located in Old Town in the middle of it all! We could eat any kind of food, grocery near by, and transliteration is super easy. Had a great time.

Great time - enjoyed!

Just a great stay. We loved southern France. Nice was a great springboard for our adventures and this property was perfect. Yes, we’re old and the stairs were a challenge, but other than that we really enjoyed the property!

Perfect location in old town

Perfect location in heart of Old Town. Apt had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balconies and watching all the activity below. So many wonderful restaurants so close by to select from. Definitely recommend location and would stay here again.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and very nicely appointed. There were AC units in each room, which was very much appreciated. They worked great. The location was amazing and very walkable to everywhere of interest to us. Highly recommend!
