In a private, calm and green alley, pretty villa of one floor for 6 to 8 people. Exceptional panoramic view (south-west) over the sea, the “Chateau” hill, the town and, far away, the mountains. Nice garden (800 sqm) planted with trees round a NEW swimming pool. It is fitted with swim in counter-current and hydro massage built-in and surrounded by a wooden beach and terraces, giving the choice between sun - tanning or shadow refreshing.
Large living room open to a terrace overlooking the panorama, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (2 basins, balneotherapy bath and independent italian shower, bidet, WC), 1 shower-room (2 basins, independent italian shower, bidet), separate WC, large kitchen with meal area for 8 persons, open to a second terrace with barbecue. Excellent bedding, sofa beds very easy to open. Air conditioning in all rooms (total silence), phone, internet, wi-fi, TV screens LCD HD : TNT,internet (Livebox ORANGE) and satellite (Astra 1 + Hotbird), DVD player, Hi-Fi - Petanque field, table tennis, baby foot, bikes, etc. - More detail, plan and more photos on our website.

Excellent Mont Boron property

We had a wonderful stay in Nice, the property was just as shown in the pictures with amazing views over Nice and the sea. The owner of the property sent us plenty of useful information before our holiday and was always available to contact while on holiday. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and it was well equipped with everything you could need. We visited Monaco, Antibes and Menton all easily reached by bus or train. Nice is one of our favourite holiday destinations to visit and I would definitely recommend this amazing property to stay in, we hope to return in the future

Superb home with stunning views and good location

Very well equipped home with lots of added extras like bikes, table tennis, pétanque, deck chairs, bbq and ample kitchen utensils. Jean-Pierre was very helpful and communicative and gave us lots of suggestions and advice on buses etc. would highly recommend. Thank you for a great family holiday

magischer Ort

WER: Zwei Familien mit Kind. WANN: Über die Weihnachtszeit, nicht ganz zwei Wochen . WIE: Anreise mit dem Auto. Zufahrt über Privatstraße, frei von Durchgangsverkehr. Parken für unsere zwei Autos innerhalb des Grundstücks sehr bequem. Empfang durch die Hausverwaltung warmherzig und freundlich (un grand merci à Chrystelle). WAS: Das Haus perfekt, sauber und gepflegt, großenteils renoviert. Zuschnitt der Räume für zwei oder auch mehr Familien sehr großzügig. Viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Hauses, Balkon, Terrasse, Freisitz im Garten. Ausstattung der Villa über die Maßen üppig. Alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub brauchen kann. Sehr liebevoll gestaltete und detailreiche Zusammenstellung vom Vermieter von nützlichen Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung. Herrlicher Garten, groß, gepflegt, üppige Pflanzen. Swimming Pool, groß, sehr sauber, leider nicht genutzt, Winter! WO: Lage wunderschön. Aussicht auf das Meer und Nizza großartig. Fußläufig zu erreichen: Hafen, Mont Alban und ein bisschen weiter die promenade des Anglais. Was noch: Côte d´azur berühmt für das Farbenspiel des Himmels und des Meeres. Abendstimmung vom Haus aus mit dem 180-Grad- Blick über die baie des Anges und den Hafen fast täglich ein unvergleichliches Schauspiel. Kontakt zum Vermieter mit den unterschiedlichsten Anliegen und Themen jederzeit möglich. Vielen Dank lieber Jean-Pierre. Einfach eine bezaubernde Villa in schönster Lage. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic week at the villa. Communication with the owner is superb, the accommodation is excellent with everything you could need from kitchen equipment to bicycles. The location is perfect, private and peaceful yet 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. The views are breathtaking - the photos don’t capture how impressive it is. It’s wonderful to watch the sun set over Nice every evening.

Excellent vacation spot

Everything about the villa was well organised, with recommenations about walks, beaches and shopping. The agent was very wellcoming . The view was magnificent, we loved swimming in the pool, and riding the provided bikes. We definitly loved the villa, the surroundings, and we're very grateful for our stay.

Traumhaft schön, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub gehabt (mit unseren Kindern + Freunden, insgesamt 6 Personen). Alles hat gepasst: super netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, sehr gemütliches Haus (alles ist dabei, was man benötigt), unser Hund durfte mit, die Aussicht ist wahnsinnig schön, Pool konnte schon im April benutzt werden, Garten ist toll angelegt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen (mit Anschluss zur Strassenbahn), zur Promedade des Anglais, zur Altstadt, zum Riquier Bahnhof (wenn man z.B. einen kleinen Ausflug innerhalb von einer halben Stunde nach Monaco möchte...) Super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Deux semaines magnifiques avec une vue inoubliable

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à la Villa L’Herm. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été saisis par la vue époustouflante sur la mer, le port, la ville et l’arrière-pays. La maison est agréable à vivre, le jardin et la piscine vraiment très agréables et la terrasse… n’en parlons pas, y petit-déjeuner ou y dîner est un bonheur L’emplacement nécessite une voiture pour se déplacer sans affronter la montée avec sérénité (ou alors des jambes de grimpeur… ou un vélo électrique!). On est en dehors du trafic urbain et il est facile d’aller vers Saint Jean Cap Ferrat ou au-delà. Il manque juste une boulangerie à distance à pied. Jean-Pierre est un propriétaire extrêmement soucieux que tout se passe bien. Du coup…tout se passe bien!

Traumhafte Lage

Die Villa bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Hafen von Nizza und das Meer. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Privatstraße. Es gibt ausreichend Spielmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Kicker, Boulebahn, Basketbalkorb, Brettspiele). Die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Restaurants am Hafen sind fußläufig. Der Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und unterstützte mit Tipps. Man hat keine Klimaanlage aber es geht ständig ein leichter frischer Wind, sehr angenehm. Der Pool hat eine Gegenstromanlage. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden.

Familyfriendly vacation

This house was the perfect restingplace for our Nice vacation – two families of four. The view is just as impressive as the pictures in the ad. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Delphine the housesitter was very friendly and helpfull, providing us with whatever information we needed. The pool and garden area was perfect for sunbathing, playing with the kids and resting between our fieldtrips. Bus 81 to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and bus 100 to Monaco stops just down the road. Short walk to the Marina with a few restaurants that serves good, affordable fishdishes, and more. Mont Boron, the Old Town and the Promenade des Anglais are also within walking distance. House-owner Jean-Pierre is awailable and easy to communicate with.
