## Space

The apartment :

Located on the second floor of a beautiful building, you'll appreciate the spaciousness and calm of this apartment.
Perfectly equipped, air-conditioned and ideally located, it has everything to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements:

- 1 large, comfortable bedroom with queen-size bed
- 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed. Please note the mezzanine has low ceilings and does not allow standing.

Bathrooms:

A private bathroom in the master bedroom has a bathtub.
A second shower room with shower and WC is also available in the apartment.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area.

Building entrance:

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without elevator. The common areas are large and very well maintained.

Location:

You'll be a 1-minute walk from the port of Nice, the antiques district and 2 minutes from the Rauba Capeu quay.

Beach access:

Just a 1-minute walk from the sea, all you need to do is walk along the Quai Rauba Capeu to reach the Castel beach in less than 5 minutes, or a little further along the Ponchettes beach, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.

Parking :

Pay parking is available nearby.

## Neighborhood

Stroll along the port of Nice and its antique stores. Walk along the seafront to the Quai des Etats-Unis, where you'll find many bars and restaurants, and where the famous old town of Nice begins.

## Transit

The streetcar line is nearby, and many buses also pass by.
