"The hotel room was a bit run down to be honest. Some parts of the bathroom was water damaged and had grime. The bed was a bit saggy. But we noticed that some renovations seemed to be in progress in parts of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast."

We received a room upgrade (Thank you 🙏) staff at reception were lovely and attentive, room was great good view of lake and Polynesian Spa too (which we also took advantage of). "For the price it was great value. A bit dated but they are currently doing upgrades, it would have been nice to have USB &/or USBC ports for recharging devices. The staff did supply us with a converter at no charge. The staff were impeccable, very friendly, very helpful."
