This large self-catering house near Newquay sleeps up to 12 people and is the ideal location for multifamily holidays, celebrations, or even a Cornish retreat. This property is also dog-friendly and with 1.5 acres of private land and dog friendly Holywell Bay beach within walking distance, this is the perfect location for the whole family.

This six bedroom house in Cornwall comprises of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen complete with Aga, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, a separate large summer kitchen with conservatory- perfect for those post beach drinks, large sitting room with open fire and second sitting room offering a range of sofas and board games. The Farm House also features a games room with a large table tennis and comfy sofas overlooking the outdoor Hot Tub which is the ideal place to relax under the stars after a busy day exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed and comes complete with its own en-suite. The second bedroom features a king size bed whilst the third bedroom is a super king size zip and link bed with the option of making this into two single beds. Bedroom four is set up with twin beds whilst the fifth and sixth bedrooms both have double beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs. All bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Private off road parking is available for up to 6 cars through electric gates and The Farm House also has a private tennis court (with shared use by the owners of the property). The Farm House has access to Trevornick Holiday Park’s seasonal facilities which open from mid-May through to mid-September and comprise of outdoor swimming pool, 2 fishing ponds, 3 Golf Courses- Par 3, Pitch and Putt and Mini Golf, outdoor play areas for children, soft play, restaurant and takeaway, onsite entertainment, Spa and much more.

This property is within walking distance to the beautiful Holywell Bay beach near Newquay and close by to Crantock beach. You can drive to Newquay within 10 minutes of the property which is where the closest supermarket and petrol station are located. Holywell Beach Bar and The Smugglers Den Inn are located in Holywell and nearby Cubert for food and drinks and Trevornick’s onsite restaurant-Woodys, opens from Mid-May through to Mid-September.

The Farm House is the perfect base to access and explore the South West Coast path and is a short drive from Newquay, Perranporth and St Agnes.
