"$12 parking fee for a parking lot not in the city, but for only the hotel. Why? Our room was a LONG walk from the elevator…never experienced this before. Couldn’t take stairs due to luggage. Room was not completely clean, dirty washcloth still hanging over shower curtain. Missing body wash…two bottles ..."
