This oceanfront studio is located on the third floor, just a short walk from the beach and everything that makes the Nye Beach neighborhood so special. This updated condo offers a covered deck, large windows, access to a shared swimming pool, and a great vantage point for whale watching, storm watching, or viewing spectacular sunsets over the sea.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

View of the ocean was great. Ron was clean. Bed was way too stiff for our liking. Bathroom was extremely small, out dated and just not nice. Seasonings in kitchen are extremely old. No salt. No kleenex. Utensils and mostly all kitchen supplies come from the dollar tree. Basically this room was okay. I won't return. There are many more rooms here that are much better for the same price.

I don't know where to start! The condo was clean and cute with just a few areas of wear and tear. Customer service was just a text away when we had a few questions about checkin and out. The kitchen was well stocked with decent quality cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker). The decor was cute and comfortable and they had added a table for two. The king sized bed was a bit firm for our preferences but the linens were clean and bedding was cozy. I was so thankful to see they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash because I had accidentally left mine at home! They were hotel quality products that smelled great. But the view...it was perfect. We sat on the balconey in the mornings and evenings and watched the waves. We even kept the window open at night and let the waves help us drift off to sleep. We had SO many options to choose from for meals and all of them were within a 5-10 minute drive from the property. There were also 4 grocery stores nearby and we highly recommend checking out McKay's smoked salmon filets and smoked salmon dip. Another standout was The Newport Cafe with their tasty clam chowder and outstanding burgers. Their menu is huge with all the "diner" classics AND they delivered right to our door for a small fee. To top it all off, we had the best time sightseeing up and down the coast and exploring Lincoln City. We can't wait to stay here again!

Very nice and clean. Bed is very comfy and the new big TV was great for weekend football! Only drawback was the building managers started a repair job on Monday that closed down our closest stair access with zero notice. We managed and enjoyed our time immensely. We would definitely stay here again! Cheers!

Everything was great EXCEPT internet was horrible and I was told it was reliable- it was more off than on. Also the dishwasher leaked and made a puddle on the floor. The addition of the folding table was greatly appreciated. View was wonderful, bed was comfortable.

This place has an amazing view and pool and hot tub. The room needs a bit of maintenance. New paint job for walls and cabinets and new flooring. Also needs a new bed. Just been used too long, sags in places.

Fantastic View

It's a very nice property. Very clean and everything one would need for a stay. And, of course, the view is amazing. It would be nice if the door code was shorter or perhaps a phone number that relates to the renter. It's hard to recall so long of number. And, the coffee maker needs some help. The carafe isn't compatible and the top lid keeper pins are broke off.But still highly recommend the property.

Fall Vacation Getaway

Wonderful condo with beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Condo was furnished very well and we weren’t lacking for anything during our visit. Location was perfect for walking to shops & restaurants in Nye Beach.

The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need for a stay. There are restaurants walking distance from the condo. My favorite part was watching whales from the condo deck!! I would stay here again if in the area.

This condo was clean, but worn. Buttons were broken on the appliances (dishwasher and microwave). We were also disappointed to find some dishes had been put back in the cupboards dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Birthday/Valentine's celebration

Our stay at this property was very successful, the space and location are the best. It is very quiet and safe in its surroundings, easy access to the beach is very important. Cafes, various restaurants, bars and small stores are part of the activities that make your stay fun.

King Tides- 2024

A great place to stay to watch the water. As mentioned before the beach access is either steep stairs or down a couple of blocks for public access, both options worked well for us. Initially there was no heat in the space but Matt responded immediately to our text and came out and put in an element where one was missing- it was toasty warm the rest is the weekend. We would stay again, the bed was comfortable and while it isn’t packed with supplies, we had what we needed to be content.

Wonderful Ocean Views

Great little condo! Comfortable bed and small kitchen. Great balcony! Definitely needs mold taken care of in the bathroom and a new shower curtain to replace the moldy one. Also, we had difficulty finding our parking space due to parking numbers needing to be repainted.
