"“It does what it says on the tin”. Very convenient for Bristol airport. Bathroom was smart but could have done with a hook on the wall for the towel. The host brought some extra milk & cereals to the room. Very nice. "We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3"

"It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything. The room we had was amazing it had a rustic style look "

"A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would also recommend the evening meals and good selection of ales - both of which were high quality. "

"It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."
