Free shared laundry facilities located on-site. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

PARKING:
1-2 spaces in the carport (small to mid-size vehicles recommended).

LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and more! World class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away! NOTE: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

ALSO:
The rear upper unit (1 bedroom/1 bath) also located on the property can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups. See separate listing or contact our office for more details.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Decent place to stay blocks from the beach

House is a bit on the older side and needs be updated. Master bathroom has no door so it’s a bit awkward. It was clean and close to the beach so that was a plus. Parking is a headache given how small the parking car port is and there is absolutely no street parking that is close or not otherwise already taken by neighbors. The house is on a somewhat busy street that motorcycles love to rev their engines and race down.

Great Service and Location

Beachview manages this property locally. They were available to answer questions during our stay. The unit was comfortable and met our expectations with one significant exception, traffic noise. No AC means windows open, there are cars and motorcycles that are so loud that I'm not sure closing windows would matter. Location is fantastic (traffic noise aside), we brought bikes with us and walked to dinner, grocery store, etc. Parking for two small/medium cars in carport. We drove full size 3/4 ton truck and it fit in carport.

We had a great time at this property. The location is close to the beach BUT it is on the corner of a really busy street. With no air and windows open, there was a lot of noise ( in the primary bedroom that is facing the busy street) that made it difficult to sleep -especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It was clean and comfortable and had all the basic necessities.

Very nice house and location

We spent a long weekend at this location and really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect for easy access to all the Newport has to offer and to the highway for visiting our family in the area. There were four siblings in our group and we really enjoyed the family room for sitting around talking and enjoying a movie, very cozy. The property management group was very responsive to our needs and helped use quickly resolve a small issue that needed attention.

Convenient and cozy

Nice place great location to the beach. The house is clean and has what you need to have for a great stay. Safe for nightly walks in the neighborhood. On the corner of a semi busy street, Parking is tight. Great for smaller cars. I would go back was a nice relaxing stay!

Beach trip

We mostly enjoyed the property. The only issues were that the pictures online didn’t clearly show there was no door to the master bathroom which made privacy a bit of an issue. Also, the drain in the master shower had a funky odor every time the shower was used. Also, for awareness, we found a black widow spider living under the stairs leading up to the entrance to the B unit. I would suggest having it removed to avoid any safety issues for future guests.

Great!

This was a great property! A couple notes of interest: the driveway is tight with concrete fences on both sides. Also, the upstairs bathroom has no doors and is open to the bedroom. But neither of these things took anything away from our enjoyment of the house.

Great Location

Great location, Great communication with property manger. Friendly neighbors. Bathroom was dirty, drain in master shower was absolutely disgusting!!! Kitchen utensils and dishes were not very clean.

Great getaway house

This was a great place for our weekend getaway. It was clean and had plenty of space. The living room and master bedroom and bathroom were well furnished and updated. The kitchen could use some updates but was clean and well stocked. In general everything we needed was provided, just missing some small details like no blankets and no toiletries/shampoo and conditioner was an all in one in a squirt bottle. The property management was easy to get a hold of and overall we had a great stay!

Very Beachy Beach House

This property was a very short walk to the beach. As a California beach house there is no air conditioning; which I knew, but I didn't plan on it being the hottest weekend of the year! It was very, very warm. The interior is nicely furnished; however the kitchen cabinets and appliances were old. Dishes, etc were very haphazard. The exterior seating areas contained worn furnishings and were not very inviting. We had a few issues with plumbing and trash service, but the management was very quick to respond. I would not book this rental again.
