This ocean view home is just a block from the beach, making it the perfect launchpad for all your sunny adventures. Inside the home, guests will find a comfortable living room with a sectional, fireplace, and flatscreen TV. The spacious kitchen is truly gorgeous, so be sure to take advantage of all the room to cook together. Use the stainless steel appliances and center island to whip up delicious, memorable meals together. If cooking isn’t your thing, this home is near plenty of delicious local fare. In the garage, guests will find plenty of useful beach gear including boogie boards and chairs.

There is construction across the street from this home through 2022.
There is a private tenant in the unit behind this house on the same lot.
Fireplace guards cannot be removed. Adult supervision is required at all times while using the fireplace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Most Excellent Vacation!

7 adults, 2 children, 5 nights. PROs: The house was exceptional, plenty of room for everyone, we were not on top of each other. Super clean. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was awesome. There were places where the kids could play after the beach, and the adults could talk or play games at the same time. The beach was really close about 2 blocks to the water. Beds, not too soft, not too hard. The outdoor shower was a real bonus. The laundry room was easy access and use, bring your own laundry soap. Great parking, we got 2 mid size SUVs and one small truck in the garages, and one car in front of garage. It is close to the grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Not too close and not too far from the pier. CONs: Not given enough toilet paper, bring your own. No blankets not even a throw, bring your own if you need more warmth. Not enough variety of pillows, too fluffy and dense for me, bring your pillow. The bed spreads were heavy and uncomfortable without the blanket. Not enough dish towels or trash bags. There was an espresso maker but no pods, bring your own. Not enough hanging space for clothes, and no dressers, if you like to unpack your stuff. Not given enough towels, one bath, one hand, 2 wash cloths per person, I will bring extras next time. Not enough hanging space in the bathrooms. You only get to use 5 beach chairs, all that other cool stuff in the garage is a no. Over all it was very wonderful and we will book this home again. We highly recommend it. Have fun!

Great Spot

We have stayed at this location for a few Spring Break trips from Las Vegas. The location is great and the house is very accommodating for our needs. I would highly recommend.

Great for family and friends gathering together.

Overall very nice but property owner needs to be very clear on how many can sleep. It's 10 not 12. Great kitchen amenities. Awesome for relaxing and entertaining. Patio and BBQ very inviting. Beach is just a few steps away. Some furniture, like upstairs sofa needs to be replaced as does beach chairs and boogie boards. Beds are comfortable but not the pillows. Beware closets are locked! Some bedrooms have hanging racks and some have dressers. Should have hanging racks in all the bedrooms. For the price paid, believe there needs to be more attention to the little details in the home.

Great Location

The house was in a great location. So close to the beach!!!! We would definitely stay in again. We also loved having the whole house for our family. Great memories.
