Charming single family home located just one house off the beach. Spacious floor plan with peek-a-boo ocean views from the dining room area. The second floor features three bedrooms, dining room, family room, bathroom, powder room and kitchen while the first floor boasts its own secluded room with a bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette including a fridge. The front balcony off of the family room overlooks West Newport Park. Also included is a two car garage with washer/dryer.

**Please be aware this unit only has air conditioning in the upstairs living area**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car garage parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, pillows, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

It was a great getaway with my family. The location was amazing. We had a good time. It was a bit noisy from the street where cars are speeding. The property was not so clean being dusty here and there, but overall it was nice. Thank you for everything.

Family Vacation

Great rental. Steps from the beach. Pictures are a little dated as there was a kitchen remodel and A/C added to the upstairs living area. Park across the street was good for the kids. Location is nice and quiet and only a few minutes from downtown and balboa. Parking was much more manageable in this neighborhood. Second fridge downstairs came in handy with the size of our group.

Great house just steps to the beach. Very accommodating for our large group with plenty of bedding, pillows, etc. Easy check in/out process as well. Thank you!

Nice Getaway

We had a nice time at our rental. It is far from the boardwalk, but the beach in this area is really nice. The beach is quiet, which we loved. The kitchen could use an update and offer more utensils. It’s hard to travel from far away and bring all of our pots and pans. The beds aren’t the best, but they work.

Excellent location

Property was in great location amongst friendly locals and a minute walk to the beach! Unit was clean and roomy but could use some updates (I.e. remodel bathrooms, paint, new windows, ceiling fans). Kitchen was appropriate however lacked cooking utensils. Overall we loved the location and made use with what we had. We’re already planning our return next year!
