Kitchen – A fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances such as fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine.

Patio Area – Private outdoor seating area accessed from Bedroom 2, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Parking – One off-street parking space is provided. Guests are kindly asked to use the space closest to the bay window.
Pets – One well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional charge per stay.
