An amazing property overall. Extra credit for everything being immaculately clean. The property is huge and you cannot see a single neighbor for max privacy. The management company was very strict with their rules so be forewarned there are no concessions but that is what it is. The property is great.

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and updated space with lots of room and well appointed. Host provided some nice tasty treats and great coffee. We had a few days in wine country but the place was close enough to go to downtown Portland a few times.

Nice property and the house was nice also. The house is not right for anybody above the age of 65 as there are a number of narrow stairs and a number of stepups and stepdowns. We had a couple of people ofage 73-76 with walking disability (canes,walkers) and navigating the stairs to the bedrooms was nearly impossible. The property descriptions mentions bathrooms are upstairs but does not mention that all the bedrooms are on the upstairs. Thats probably on me as the one who booked the property.There was no mention that the neighbor behind us (apprx.200ft.) like to fire guns and on Sat. he did this for approx.4 hrs. With just enough time in between to reload. Apparently you were unaware of this. The owner of the rented property declined to phone the offending neighbor and request he cease.The walking area near the back door has a number of uneven cement siewlaks that pose a danger. There are probably a number of areas of other concerns but I will end it now.
