The Space:
Bright and sunny 2 BR with redecorated living room situated in the heart of the hippest neighborhood in Rockaway Beach! Only 1 block from the beach. A perfect summer weekend getaway for friends and/or family. Each room was individually designed by local artists to help keep the funky vibes of the town part of your experience every minute of your stay! Wonderful bars and restaurants all around you. Enjoy a day sunbathing in the sand or take a surf lesson! Endless summer fun everywhere you look!

The unit has a full living room, a nice couch and an HD TV for your entertainment pleasure, plus, a mini fridge for your personal use.

Please note, due to our location on a lively corner in Rockaway, and above a bar/restaurant, there is a potential for noise, especially on the weekends.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their own room(s) and bathroom(s) and may also use the communal restrooms off of the hallway. You will receive one parking spot. Please park in one of the spots marked with a High Tide sign. You will find a parking pass in your room, please place it on the dashboard of your car. Failure to place the parking pass on your dashboard could result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. Please remember to return the parking pass back to the room prior to departing.

The Neighborhood:
Located just one block from the beach! The hotel is located in the heart of the hippest summer neighborhood in NYC- Rockaway Beach. With the Atlantic ocean as the major attraction there is always plenty to do. Rent bicycles and ride along the gorgeous seaside boardwalk spanning 5.5 miles from Beach 9th Street to Beach 126th street. Surf lessons everyday on the beach for those looking for some exciting water sports. Or just relax and enjoy a beach day with some local ice cream! Many great restaurants and bars to help make the day more enjoyable. Live music on the boardwalk during sunset is the perfect way to end your days!

Getting Around:
Subway access includes A & S Trains. NYC beach bus or boat ferry from Manhattan also available. Street parking is available if you bring your car. Buses: Q53 and Q22.
Located about 25 minutes from JFK, 40 minutes from LGA.

Other Things to Note:
1) Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00PM and 9:00AM, so as not to disturb neighbors. Though we are generally a quiet establishment, we are located on a popular street, near public transportation and above a bar & restaurant. Due to this, there is potential for noise, particularly on weekends. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking.

2) No visitors without permission, and no additional or overnight guests. All guests must be included on the reservation, including children and infants.

3) Turn off lights and all appliances (especially air conditioners) when you are not in the apartment; and do not run air conditioners with the windows open at the same time.

4) Default check-out time is 11:00AM. Check-out instructions will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.

5) Lock out service carries a fee of $50 between 10AM and 5PM M-F and $100 at all other times. Lockout service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Please contact us about lockout service if you are locked out. Do not, under any circumstances, use a locksmith without our prior, express, written authorization. Should you do so, all fees associated with lock replacement, key replacement, time and labor will be billed to you.
